You have some link of info for the 5th?
I said several times MilkFactory were gonna release all its games in english in steam, although they were translated using some shitty MTL.

You don't need to crack the exe... Any kirikiri game will load just fine by getting the binaries of that version of KiriKiri and swapping the exe. Besides, the drm here is provided soly by the steam_api.dll, nothing more, nothing else.
Like I said earlier, I'll put a proper dll later on (and cite the source).

Sadly no real link on their 5th game, just a silhouette of the main heroine. We should be hearing more about it either this month or like next at least.

.Edit: As for the MTL, for HMaid, its not too bad, better than most MTLs on here. There is also a HMahou remaster as well with 3 new hscenes.

Maybe a bug (I don't know). I unlocked the scenario after completing stage 10, as the screenshot shows I didn't complete the scenario for all characters.

In that case it may have to do with the played time
edit: Yes, suddenly it was unlocked after repeating a random scene so I think it has to do with the time and it unlocks itself around 2 hours in to the game
once all the cgs have been seen, the gallery is unlocked
so there are no bugs

Custom Engine, not Unity or Ren'Py or RPGM! Extremely hard to compress!
And even if you compress it, it'll lose TONS of quality!
I understand that if the company has not been dissolved, it is still in business, and therefore working on some project, but I do not understand this secrecy of releasing information in dribs and drabs.
Although I hope that their next project has a unique international release, with English as a minimum (I never lose hope that they will release it in more languages), not releasing it only in Japan and in Japanese and then translating it 10 years later into English.

Just some sort of business thing, I'd say. Cause I know when the 5th game was announced the 4th game was also announced along with it and was almost done. But luckily the company has 2 artists so far. Akagi Rio being the main one for Maid and Deraeua working on the 5th game. But yeah sigh its a pain.
As for the 5th game getting english internationally? Probs not, these games are still pretty niche and it being a nukige it won't be as big as others especially since its not an indie circle. If anything, we're pretty lucky we're getting this games in english to begin with and even made to HSucc. Thought it was just gonna be HMahou and maybe HAppli and we stop there due to sales being poor, but nope. We are here and its great. And HMaid is next and will most likely come out next year in the west and the 5th game will be 2 years from now. So we aren't to far behind unless they give us HMahou remaster.

So you can't click the actually HSucc Exe. You have to use loader.exe.

In reality, the game is 7GB, what happens is that the censored and uncensored images and videos are in the same folder, so instead of replacing the images, add them, increasing the number by 4 GB, just delete the files that contain censored.xp3 and you solve something12 gb lmao wtf no
Although it is still a big, the next game oppai h maid is like 12 GB so when they translate it it will be like 18 or 16 GB of game
