Furniture is a feature that hasn't been implemented yet. It's supposed to be added in the future.

A Dragon Girl was suppose to be added but the Devs are focusing on something else and it's in limbo, it was supposed to be released end of March 2025(1st quarter)

They could have at least actually released the dragon girl separately, and then released the rest, that way it seems like it was really abandoned... a waste of potential, the game seemed promising if it had more content

I guess we'll see. I want it to succeed and I know dev work is tough and engines can be a pain in the ass, but at the very least, update that Steam dev log (or change the release date on the page from Feb 8, 2022).
Then again... Maybe I should be more worried about Steam & Friends new crusade against adult software. Will there be a market place by the time they finish?

Even though the game is still supposedly being developed, if there's been too long since the last update the mods mark it as "abandoned". Right now we're going on months and months without any content at all being added to the game and the devs spinning their wheels saying they're trying to add a whole open world exploration mechanism to it. If they finally actually update it, then the tag will be removed.
