Turned out the game still have no Devil Quest patch installed.

How the hell to install the patch that restores Devil items?
Even if someone shows the site to grab the tool to install it.

But still, I have no idea WHICH file in the site is the tool required.
I'm at the end of the game, but no sign of Devil items or new area at two cave dungeons after defeating that bishop in the cemetery.

1. Shut down church -> defeat devil -> check statue (nothing)
2. new location in the Agrina Coal Mine (no new area past where I fought Makina)
3. new location in the Mt. Tor - Cave

Update: so I managed to Decrypt and added the patch. How do I Encrypt it back to Game.rgss3a?

Seens like the game still worked even without Encrypted the files back into rgss3a. Now I can access Devil King route.

Still no idea how to get Klaus. At least I got Neidhardt, only if I chose to spare him just after the final showdown. And I got the third Devil Item from him whether I spare him or not.

Oh man, monsters at the new area in Devil Ruin are really tough compared to all other dungeons so far. I guess this route is recommended for NG+.

Does it matter how I shut down the church? Because I think there were two ways and I want to know if it makes a difference

I don't remember what they are but there are 3 options and only choosing to shut down the church actually lets you go do the Devil quest stuff. I would save before you make the choice and if you don't get the option to follow the father and fight him you chose wrong.

The patch. Need a tool to "decrypt" RGSS3A file in the main game folder.

Even though I dunno how to "encrypt" it back to RGSS3A file. The game still works with the files stay "decrypted" after installing the patch.

You can access that Devil quest as soon as the 2nd half of the game starts.

Though you can still visit the Church's basement if you chose to shut down by speaking to the nun girl after defeating the Father. Though she won't be selling items.

The options I got were to either buy the three items, which is what I did, he then calls the nun, I went after him and killed him, and the other option to shut down the church was just shut it down or something like that, I didn't pick that one. the last option was to just ignore him

I was trying to say you can still visit church's basement on "shut down" route.

Went to the basement, didn't see any statues, just a room with a chain I had to press to unlock a gate, and the room with the priest, the two or three other rooms didn't have anything but enemies, and maybe a treasure chest, nothing that resembled a statue at the very least

I've finished the game. Funny thing is selling/killing some potential allies doesn't affect the true ending as they appear at the ending scene anyway. The only thing that alters the true ending is whether you have enough corruption to trigger the extra scene after the ending.
Edit: Also anyone knows how to recruit Klaus? I can recruit the main villain but not him
