You’re not supposed to think she’s enjoying herself because she’s not. The only part of her that would ever like it, her alter self, wasn’t even present in that scene. What you’re seeing is fear and trauma. I want it to feel heavy and depressing, because that’s exactly what it is for her. This is a girl who gave up everything just for him, because she’s so desperate to feel any kind of love even if it’s hollow, even if it’s fake. That’s why there are two sides of her one who craves the pain and calls it love, and the other who simply wants to be loved. And the tragic part is, she found a man who doesn’t care for her in that way. She’s trapped in a broken place, clinging to him because, despite everything, he once saved her life. For her, that’s enough to call it love… even though it will never truly be returned.

Is it some clever meta way to acknowledge the last choice in the drowning vision is the truth, but she isn't allowed to realize it yet? Because that's the obvious conclusion about her, love and lust are just rationalizations.

The game is an experience alright... but that's good. It focuses on dom/sub relationship and BDSM (becoming more hardcore over time) with a bit of supernatural. There is quite a lot of content already.
This is mostly kinetic novel, for now the choices do very little changes. But does the last choice (love/lust) will change more things in the next parts?

My main gripe is that the story only happens over 2 days, but the characters talk like more time have passed ("I waited so much", "after all what happens", some things like that). Also the intro feels cheesy and childish but it's very short

Yeah, right now the choices don’t branch much since the game is mostly linear, but they will start to matter more down the line. The last choice (love/lust) especially is going to affect how things play out later, and when the game is closer to being finished it will even change the ending. Originally I planned a sandbox but decided to cut that, so it’s staying as more of a linear style. There’s still a ton I want to add with the BDSM side of things more hardcore elements, bondage, breath play (not underwater, just normal), and pushing things deeper into dom/sub dynamics. That’s really where the heart of the game is going. About the dialogue like “after all this time” Oridelle has never been with a man before, so for her those moments really do feel stretched out and significant. Even if it’s only been a couple of days in the story, when you’re attached to someone, the smallest things can feel like they carry so much weight. That’s what I was trying to capture with the writing. The intro being a bit cheesy yeah, I get that. I wrote that part fully on my own before I started mixing in AI help. I’m not the strongest writer, but I know exactly the kind of story and feeling I want to create, and it’s still very much my story, just with a little assistance polishing it up.

This game is dark asf and i'm all for it lol. It has a little catch to it that I can't put my finger on, I've enjoyed it so hopefully the game doesn't do some weird shit in the future like scat and other things.

No plans on adding scat or dismemberment. There is a urination scene I made back when the game had a sandbox mode still tucked in there, but the sandbox itself isn’t playable anymore unless you play 0.1. I might reintroduce the scene later, but it’ll definitely be skippable. The game leans hard into BDSM, rough sex, breath play, and claustrophobic tension dark undertones meant to twist your head and make you think, without wandering into things that break the vibe.

Yeah, I mean, the way I set up the scene is that the music shifts each time you go above or below the water light and dark. Above the water it’s brighter, almost like someone is enjoying it, but below the water it turns darker, reflecting the opposite — one side embracing it, the other suffering.
