So how I see it the mc does not want to fall in love with oridelle but oridelle wants to be loved by him and will do anything to get the affection of mc in any way possible the mc got out of a toxic relationship with his ex and even did love her but does not want to fully be tie down like that again so he kinda turns into his ex in a way but sometime does actually care for her but when he get to any sex scenes her turns toxic just use her for his own pleasure and others.

Lovebombing is basically lying to someone that they are loved for doing what you want them to do, praising them, making them feel loved by lying to them, by encouraging them to do what the cult wants, to give them a sense of belonging. It's pure manipulation, not real love.
Basically, lovebombing is already happening with poor Oridelle.
She is getting the MC's attention, and she interprets that as confirmation that he loves her. She is deluded, but the MC is leading her on, and knows he is, and maybe he even feels a little something for her, but he is passionate only about her as an object.
