The current planned schedule is every 3 months, so probably near the beginning of April if that remains consistent since the last update was the beginning of January.

I just saw the last update was in the beginning of January, it feels like it has been a long time already.
But 2-3 months means by ending of march we should see a new update...
On his patreon he wrote 13 januari about a preview of version 0.7 (chapter 7?), which is a bit early, after that it's only nice images for his patreons....
Jacq's workflow means he's usually about a Chapter ahead of release. He was already working on Chapter 3 when he released Chapter 1, and likely was mostly done with Chapter 7 when he released Ch 6 (the Jan 20 dev update said all Ch 7 posing and rendering was done, and in Discord he mentioned he was about 2/3rd finished with post-work on Ch 7 as of Jan 23).
It helps keep release schedule consistent by providing a buffer in case a chapter takes longer than expected rather than fluctuating wildly. And it means he can potentially make changes if an idea occurs to him when working on the next chapter.

I'm kinda confused about the pills. If I'm not mistaken, they can't be used yet, but that'll change, presumably. So are they a tool to allow Jack to bag powers from girls you don't wanna see him with, or are they a way to allow him to get powers from dudes?
I mean, Jack is heterosexual, so if he'll ever get powers from men, this is the only way. And some dudes have cool powers. For example, the rapist telekinetic guy. I strongly believe Jack should go Paul Kersey on him (though I'm fairly sure he won't), but it'd be nice to bag telekinesis (in case that Jack could talk him into trying the pills, but that's another story).

I gather that Evelyn basically forces MC to use them on her - if you're enough of a monster that you turn her down repeatedly.
The only tested use so far was to get the power from women without having to do sexual stuff with them (as e6mill mentioned, if you turn down Evelyn on her path she'll eventually insist on testing the pills with MC to get her power, and they work successfully). Theoretically, it might work to get powers from guys as well, but that's untested. We actually don't know if MC can get powers from guys at all yet.

Sure, but here's the thing. Even though he has the pills, MC never thought about trying to get powers from guys. Why?
He's only had the pills for like 1-2 days at this point, and the only close guy friend he knows (Frasier) has a power he doesn't want. Trying to get a stranger to take some random pills is a lot more complicated, so it's really not surprising he hasn't tried in such a short time period.

It's not the fact he hasn't tried, it's the fact that the thought never crossed his mind. When someone said he had to get Anthony's powers, MC replied it was never gonna happen because he won't have sex with him, he didn't say "Unless he tries my pills, it's not gonna happen," so he never though about it. Of course, Anthony's powers are not really desirable if you reflect carefully, but MC answered before he had the information we have now, and before he had the chance to ponder it.
