Kinda need clarification Parkers horniness is because MC gives off a type of pheromone that attracts women to him. She has been fighting it by fucking anyone so she doesn't end up fucking him. So why doesn't Riley get affected.

The way I understood it is that she was already hypersexual (compulsive sexual disorder) before the events of the story. She can't turn off her horny and she has been fighting her attraction to MC long before his powers manifested. There are several times that it's hinted that control is a big deal for Parker, which probably has something to do with her hypersexuality. So the "pheromone" effect is a real problem because now it's making it impossible for her to maintain control of herself, which has always been a struggle for her to begin with. She's had her ways of coping with it, but it isn't working anymore now with his power changing.
As far as Riley, she's almost certainly affected by the pheromone too, but not in the same way as Parker is. Parker is easily the most vulnerable to it.

He did not manifest when he had sex with Moonsong/Moonsong and Eveline. It probably happened during an invisible blow/handjob (I don't remember which one it was)

Who says she isn't? Parker was doing a good job of hiding it until she was pressed.
Just because it isn't in your face doesn't mean it isn't there.
There's definitely some hints Riley's feeling it.
Pay attention to Riley's facial expressions when MC mentions he's had sex. She looks almost a little disappointed it wasn't her. I also see some of Riley's teasing as her trying to internally deny the attraction she feels. And there's been at least one time she might have intentionally worn revealing clothes or just her underwear when talking to MC (the morning after Evelyn stays over, for example). Obviously she might just be comfortable like that since she's a stripper, but it wouldn't surprise me if part of that is she wants MC to see her in a sexual manner.
Lastly, this one's a bit speculative, but it wouldn't surprise me if one reason Lake flat out says she won't sleep with MC might be because her best friend Riley has confided in Lake about her attraction to MC.

My guess is Riley. Closer in age, less experienced than Parker, and less of a taboo than a mother-type figure. She also doesn't know that her attraction might be power-influenced. She also seems to be the gateway to Lake, so that needs to happen sooner rather than later.
That said, we haven't seen much of her in the last chapter or two. And Parker is a very sexual woman.
