Not hardcore branches so far. Only major choices I can think of are whether MC keeps his promise to have his first time be with a particular girl, and I suppose what form you want a shapeshifter to take comes up later. Outside of that saying yes to things gives you more content.

Tbh i could see fucking hr having an impact tbh. Considering her dialogue specifically the "noone pays attention to me like that" could affect maybe? idk lololol but depends if there's a variable that determines i you fucked her or not
