We had a recent discussion on Discord that I thought others might be interested in regarding what Lucia thinks Evelyn did that led to her bullying.

General consensus was that we don't think Evelyn actually or intentionally did anything that would truly justify the bullying. At most, it's some unknown slight that only seemed significant because they were young teens at the time. And it's mentioned that it's not that same reason as others gave for bullying Evelyn regarding having flier friends or family sent away after the lawsuit.

But then another proposed theory came up that was quite interesting. What if someone with a a flier friend or family member manipulated Lucia into believing Evelyn had done something truly terrible as an indirect way to get "revenge"? Remember that in this world shapeshifting, illusion projecting, and maybe even memory manipulation powers exist. From the mind of a teen kid, how better to make someone they hate's life miserable than to trick the most popular girl in school into bullying her? All they'd have to do from then on is spread the occasional rumor (on the normal path, Lucia said she didn't start most of those herself) and get years of torment out of it.

If that's the case, suddenly Lucia isn't just a bully but also a bit of a victim herself. On a Lucia "normal" path instead of "manipulate", I can totally see them talking about it (which seems likely to happen next chapter) and realizing they've both been played. And then perhaps they team up to take whoever was actually responsible down. Between Evelyn's scrying, Amber's invisibility, and Lucia's time stopping ability (plus MC with all his powers), they definitely have the "spy power" chops to really investigate if they need to. I could actually see Ev and Lucia eventually even bonding in doing so, which would make it much smoother for MC to be with Lucia on a normal path (hell, even can see an Ev+Lucia victory threesome as possible), and maybe even Lucia becoming a pseudo-member of the harem on such a path (Jacq has said that his plan for her blurs the line a bit between main and side LI).

Time will tell how close we might be, but it's definitely an interesting theory and something like it could go a long way in making Lucia a sympathetic and redeemable character.

It's certainly possible, though on her normal route Lucia has directly stated there was something specific that pushed her into bullying Evelyn. And personally I thought at the end of this current update on her normal route she showed some genuine depth and emotional vulnerability for a bit. The whole normal route is filled with comments and hints about MC wanting to see the "real Lucia" behind the bitchy exterior, and Jacq has said next chapter on her normal route there should (hopefully) be a big character growth payout. I could even see how Lucia may have intentionally adopted the vapid, bitchy persona in part because of whatever harm she thinks Ev did to her.

But in any case, since the game is set where such type of manipulation is possible, I think it's worthwhile considering that there might be more than initially meets the eye.

P.S. On the normal Lucia path this chapter, Ev says she'll talk to Lucia but that "she'd have to be pretty special for me to even consider forgiving her for the way she's treated me... or us."

Honestly, that comment felt almost like a bit of foreshadowing to me.

Pretty much guarantee the three of them are forming a poly triad sooner rather than later (assuming you're with both and have lesbian content on). Amber clearly has a crush on Evelyn, and in the recent Anna scene, Evelyn mentions that she's fantasized about three women, two of which are Anna and Arwen. I think we can guess who the third might be.

Timing-wise, if we continue with the day per chapter for a bit longer like Jacq says he intends to, Amber's visit to the Sisterhood to see Moonsong and try to fix her power should be Chapter 9 (Chapter 7 is Thursday, and the visit is planned for Saturday). So perhaps then or shortly after we might get some progress towards The Dream Team.

It'll come, you just have to be patient.

Worth noting that on his Patreon and in the official Discord, Jacq warned in multiple posts (including the Chapter 7 release update) that if you weren't on Evelyn's route, weren't helping Lucia with photos, and/or didn't pick Anna for Isabella's projection, you'd miss significant portions of this update. However, he's also said that picking Isabella for the experiment will have a payoff in a later chapter.

Similarly, he's already warned that for Chapter 8, in order to maximize content you'll need an Evelyn + Emerald + Amber + Lucia manipulate path and/or an Evelyn + Emerald + Lucia path.

As for a scene gallery, it's been mentioned as something he's potentially working on, as well as an overhaul of the character profiles. But it's lower priority than making sure to keep chapter releases coming out regularly.

Yeah, I liked both scenes as well, and honestly in that scene specifically prefer the one where you pick Isabella and get Moonsong to join in too. It was actually my original path, but after seeing the movie studio scene where you admit to Anna about fucking her projection, I liked that too much, so at least for now consider that choice my main one. Plus the Chapter 7 Anna and Arwen scene is super hot (both the cuckquean and foursome versions, though the foursome version is my 'canon' one because there was no way I wasn't going to let Evelyn fuck Arwen).

Funny story, but the recent Anna/Arwen/Evelyn scene was actually a kind of late addition. The special render of Anna, Arwen, and Evelyn actually gave Jacq the idea to include it after he made the render, not the other way around.

I mean, I suspect almost no one likes Lucia bullying Evelyn or being a bitch. It's more a question of if the circumstances at the time and Lucia's character growth in the present (on the normal path at least) make it forgivable. Or for people not interested in that, if manipulating her and gaining her power that way is worth it.

And "being a bitch" isn't sufficient justification for being sent to essentially a concentration camp regardless of how much someone dislikes her.

Like you others, I also went with Isabella at first, and for a lot of the same reasons--she's hot and it feels like bad sex etiquette to ask to fuck someone else no matter how okay they say they are. Celebrity orgy is pretty tough to turn down though...
