A little fun background info, but Lucia and her power were originally written to mostly just be MC's bitchy "white whale" that occasionally showed up to be bitchy and unobtainable.
The whole Princess Pause photo side story was a later addition, apparently inspired by an idea from an early fan before the first chapter came out. So she went from bitchy side character to being a character that bridges the divide between side and main LI. And I'm glad she did.
But that does mean that if we get her power, it probably won't be until late. Or if we do get it earlier, we probably won't learn to control it right away. It's just too powerful otherwise.
