Not really, it's a good place for them to get exposure for their Games despite it being a pirate site.

Haven't played it yet, but the dev did specifically mention you'll have less content if you've opted out of some LI paths. So your playtime may vary.

Hopefully that doesn't include coerced sex with the prisoner. Even though she canonically got into it, it was still pretty damn skeezy.

I get what you're saying, but also technically you didn't coerce sex with her, just a projection she makes. The degree to which she gets into it and directly joins afterwards varies depending on which projection you choose (and if you have Moonsong join or not). As far as I know she's probably not going to have more content for a few updates yet, but will have more at some point.
It also wouldn't surprise me if you still can continue her side LI content even if you don't go for the projection sex, though that's still completely unknown I think.

Indeed. Personally I didn't turn it down because she seemed at least... intrigued by the idea even without the added incentive.

Dang, didn't realize it would have a bigger impact. I thought I might be able to get both at some point. If thats the case I need to go back and choose Anna for my main save, cause I like her way more than isabella.

From what I understand, you'll be able to get both. It just might be easier, earlier, or you might get an extra scene or something like that based on the projection choice.
The dev comment I snipped was specifically in response to a discussion about the extra dialogue options in the Anna movie studio scene if you pick her.
