I reported this boolshit error after my playthrough. One reason some are True/False and others are Yes/No is that some of the "Yes/No" ones originally had a potential third possible value planned. So it was going to be Yes/No/[Other Value]

Yes, it definitely avoids some of the specific content you listed. But it definitely includes stuff outside of what most consider "vanilla", including some lesbian content.

I believe he only needs to do that to "target" someone for teleport. For people that are bring brought along by touching someone else he's linked with, they don't need to do that.

I'm pretty sure there wasn't anything sexual going on then. The burst of pleasure he felt was just the bit of ecstasy and other stuff Moonsong put in the pill in order to simulate the feeling of an orgasm in both people that's necessary for his power transfer. The same thing happens if you're crazy and turn down Ev. She insists on MC having her power and they take the pill, but your eyes are open that time and nothing sexual is happening.

But his drawback isn't being ignored? He can't just randomly teleport anyone from anywhere. At a minimum, he needs to be able to send someone he's linked with to where a target is, and without foreknowledge of where the target is, he can't accurately drop a person he's linked with at their location to grab them. Not to mention there could be dangers at the "drop" location.

Yeah, Moonsong explains that in order for Jack's power to work, both he and the "donor" need to orgasm at around the same time (seems to be a least a several minute window) the donor is in contact with his cum (specifically, the metagene in it). So the pills are extracted metagene from him and some drugs to induce effectively an orgasm.
