The thing are Reily and Parker is, Parker got the vaccine and thus has no powers, so so she has claimed if i remember correctly.
Assuming Parker did indeed get the vaccine, Reily shouldn't be able to have powers at all.
So, if Reily does have powers, regardless of if she's secretly in The Sisterhood or not, then Parker must be lying about not having powers. Which would tie into her resisting the temptation to sleep with MC, because she knows he'd copy the power she's not supposed to have, and learn she's not actually a "normie". And that would break a lot of trust, which would endanger her whole secret medical stalking of MC.
