okay quick break down. there is no stealing of LIs but there is ntr-ish things
1. MC and his main gf have sex with a lesbian couple where the MC can let his girl go to town with the at the moment full lesbian while he dicks down the bi-sexual partner(he eventually gives it to the lesbian, cause superhero sex charm)
2. MC learns a limited clone technique and can let his main gf bang clone.
3. MC has and is going to bang lots of girls within and outside harem parameters. some like the lesbian couple are already seeing someone else or might see someone else. one girl hoes it out using her clones, MC messes around with her to get her ability.
4. main gf has the power to live a day in the life of another person while they sleep. before dating, the main gf experienced her first sex through that and eventually touched people specifically to learn how to please the MC for when she hoped they would one day get together.
5. MC got a version of main gf's day in the life power and at end of last update was somehow experiencing his mom, it cliffhanged when she was lookin in a bathroom mirror getting prepped to be dicked down that evening. so a bit beyond ntr since he was gonna get the d but is a man and in his moms memory, all sorts of twisted. but aside from that, you can see the implications of ntr with his and gf's power.
no one is has or is cheating on MC, but lots of sex stuff going on, and there are situations where LIs are a part of sex somehow with not the MC, at least not directly

Not really. And it's a flashback anyway - to way before MC & Parker were together... which they're still not now. And Parker has a daughter to prove she already wasn't a virgin anyway. But you make up your own mind.

In a flashback scene, she gets eaten out by a guy and calls him by MC's name, and MC overhears it. MC and Parker are not and have not been in a relationship or romantically involved, there is no cheating involved, she is not getting "stolen", and the scene is not intended to create a sense of jealousy or betrayal, so it meets none of the textbook criteria for being NTR.
That said, there's specifically this option, which prevents you from even seeing that scene (I believe, never bothered with Safe Mode myself).
