I will not be surprised at all if at some point MC can have sex with a "normie" and suddenly finds himself with some unexpected power.
There has been some speculation that because of how MC's power works (his metagene binding to someone elses), it might be able to deactivate the vaccine. That might be why Parker is curious to see what happens if/when MC and Riley get together, for instance.
Though in Riley's case, I'm curious now to see if there's a deeper meaning to her heterochromia possibly related to metagene powers.

It still is, it's just that those of us that support at the available tiers don't leak the game. Instead, like Elduriel, we like to torture with spoilers because it tickles our brains in the right way.
