FFS we have 5 powerful, strong & confident Women! They are used (abused), for nothing more than, to provide wank fantasies by the government (MTF)! You are shocked by their attitude when they meet an obvious Fapboy? He presents at first as nothing other than a pervert(aren't we all?). This is not the entirety of who he is, but first impressions matter! So, it is easy to see why he is treated like that at first, but their attitudes do change.

On the Lucia path choices, I would like to add my 2 cents worth! - I play & enjoy both paths, this will make going forward very interesting! I prefer the Normal path more because of a couple of reasons. First, I love a redemption story. Second Lucia is an ongoing sufferer of both physical & psychological abuse! If you think this wouldn't colour her attitude to other people, I would be shocked! I don't, necessarily, condone her actions, it is her choice to be a Megacunt but I think she deserves an opportunity for forgiveness!

Absolution maybe, but not instant forgiveness. She needs to work to make it right after all she's done.

I decided not to write another mega-post with my feelings on her after playing her normal/redemption path, but I still feel what she did is a hundred times worse than what Ev did. Ev was young, immature, and duped. Lucia was not any of those things, and did the same to everyone around her - she became what she hated most, and embraced it for years.

So yeah, absolution for her after she makes it right. She has to work for that first; her forgiveness from everyone she's harmed is a long way off.

Was Coldsnap wrong though? Yes MC was doing the right thing morally by trying to help Lake, however he's been told by The Sisterhood specifically to lay low and not bring attention to himself, by helping Lake MC was going against those instructions, and Lady Steel got burned because she had to step in to save MC's ass.

So, if he goes against their wishes and tries to help protect Lake (burning Steel in the process through no fault of his own), he's damned for stepping up like a decent human would. Which, by the way, is the kind of behavior they want to see out of a superhero.

If he doesn't protect Lake, he follows their instructions, but comes across as a douchebag for watching a girl he knows (and who is his step-sister's friend) get sexually abused and possibly raped. Distinctly a 180 from what any superhero would do.

The correct move would have been to ask Lady Steel to step in to protect Lake. Before you come back and say that Lady Steel wasn't available at the time, MC doesn't know that, we know from his internal dialogue that he's expecting her to protect him but only realises she's not there when he starts losing the fight. Yes, Lady Steel may have still been burned in that scenario, but in that scenario Coldsnap would be wrong to blame MC. It's also entirely possible that the guys' reaction to Lady Steel intervening would have been totally different, facing up to a famous superhero is significantly different to facing up to a random guy.

The same respect you'd give to anyone else without knowing them. It's basic human decency. Treating someone you just met as entirely beneath you, only shows your ego as over-inflated and self-important. He's a fanboy, fine. He was nice to all of them, including at the meeting. Honestly, I think how you approach someone you don't know in life tells a lot about yourself. And it changes quite a bit with age. That may be why we have such a large disconnect out here.
