well that's the most popular theory imo, I thought you had a surprise guess there, but I'm still skeptical a bit, since she is supposed to be immune, and Parker would know it if she wasn't. She wouldn't have attended a normal school etc in that case, so there are some holes in the Riley theory. We'll see eventually. Also would be stupid writing that you don't recognize her voice just because she wears a mask, come on now

I mean, we can literally see people use teleportation magic, mind to mind communication etc
so there should be obvious technologies to alter the voice

well those examples have nothing to do with technology. Also that mask doesn't look like anything extra just a piece of fabric. But yeah, so far there are pros and cons for it. And if it turns out to be her I hope there will be some good explanations on the cons.

The earlier image on the right is with direct and bright light. This tends to flatten features and make them look less three-dimensional.
The newer one on the left has softer indirect and side light instead, which makes facial features tend to look more pronounced and angular.
So yeah, crazy what lighting can do (and it's the same principle as professional photographers and cinematographers use).

Im not that well informed on this but is it also the lighting a factor here? To me it felt more warm that the image of her first apearance.

I've played a few vn and what makes or breaks it for me is how the lighting is handle.
I like the theory because it naturally adds a lot of potential to these two characters. I haven't replayed old chapters yet, but I don't remember much about them, but I'm looking forward to more.

This game has got me hooked right from the start, but the only thing that bothers me is that the MC's hair looks like crap. There are many scenes in which I think, shit that barber was a criminal in disguise lol
If the dev ever considers making any appearance changes to the characters, he/she shouuld start with MC hair !
