Weird, when I tried that there are no H-Scenes whatsoever, even Gallery doesn't show up.

I haven't played the version 4x1x linked to,but the gallery issue might be because you are playing the censored version. try switching to uncensored mode in the game settings..

Hello to whoever sees this,
so i downloaded the game and everything worked out normally. Then i wanted to change my resolution, but i accidantly clicked on one which was way bigger than my screen, so now im only able to see 2/4 of the window, and i only can see so much because i have 2 monitors. Which means, i am not even nearly able to reach the resolutions and then to even apply them. I am not able to change the resolution of the game by dragging the edge or with the little menu you get when you right-click the taskbar. So basically im stuck. Im only able to reach the buttons for fullscreen, the language, and in the main menu to start the game, which wont fix anything ofc.
I would appreciate a fast reply to my problem. I tried it now for like 3 hours and im still not able to do anything. I will put a picture here so you know how it looks like for me. (btw: i already reinstalled the game multiple times and tried to delete the folder in %userprofile%\appdata\locallow which also didnt work)

I'd say this issue have a game right? On training 4/4 you got 1/2 that the battle never end you'll have to start the battle again by going back to the main menu. What the hell why do i EVEN have to tryhard sex scene? I mean "Faster/Slower" beside the fact that slower mean faster and faster mean slower in this game, WHY do i have to listen and do what the game want? Stop pulling my leg game for fuck sake !
And after that everything is good you beat the final boss... TO GET AN ENDING LIKE THAT ?!
Seriously disgusting game run away from this !
I just downloaded the version from the link you sent. The gallery remains empty for me upon running this version though

I made a small mod that unlocks the full gallery. Just replace the Assembly-CSharp.dll in Otaku's Rage_Data/Managed.

i have problem. i dont find appdata/locallow/feodosiy/otaku's rage in my PC. I want to put save file to this folder. but i dont know here. help me please. where to put this save file.
