if you open the map via of the shortcut at the top right. at bottom right there two icons one for clinic and the other to juliana

The clinic is open during certain hours. You can find it on the map. If I'm not mistaken, it's around 4 or 5 in the afternoon.
Was this game native in german by default? Playing through the first time and I see this:

Yes. He's fine now. And he's focusing on a new update.
Is there a way to lock the relatonshipe since anoying that they get reset each time game is closed and have to reset them when loading a game in progress

I hope someone make a walkthrough mod or pdf for this game, not all of us are members.
Just hire someone to fix grammar, and spelling. It will save you coding time, and give you some collaborative input to help for when you get stuck. Trust me, everyone gets stuck from time to time.
