Just got to the end of the current content (v1.2.2), it's a good game even if you're not into gay stuff you still get a cute coming of age story with a great supporting cast.

The best part about it for me were the Moms and their relationship with MC and his sister. I would play it again only for that.

The only things that were kinda annoying was the fact that even after I told the game my MC was 100% male for the 6th time it still gave me 7:1 options to dress as a female vs male. Not a deal breaker, but kinda weird. Especially since it remembers other stuff that only gets used later for a small chuckle.

The other thing is that you get asked two times how and if you are attracted to males, females and "bees" (non binaries?), however this option doesn't mean anything.
At first I thought it would lead to a female LI later, but it doesn't, then I thought it might influence how Cove acts/ looks like, nothing major but shifting him towards becoming a femboy or something. It doesn't do that either, Also you can still date Coven when you say nope to be attracted to men, for him it only matter what you pick at the start of each chapter (like being fond of, crush on or love)

I understand that I'm not the target audience and for those who are those might be important "features" but for me it was kinda strange. However I don't regret playing it, and I look forward to the next content drop from the developer.

Have you tried playing it as a straight relationship with a female MC?
No, only as straight male MC in chapter 1+2, I put the feeling on crush in chapter three to see what will happen got into a love relationship with Cove even tho I still had attraction for males and non binarys on non existing. That's why I said that this option doesn't matter at least with the straight male MC.

Does this stuff get important as a female MC?

If you're a Patron and don't mind sharing, I would love to see some of that concept art! I have been meaning to support, but supporting a few others at the moment I feel more strongly about and don't have that much extra cash to spare, sadly.
Ah, right now I am not part of their patreon mostly because Im sparing money, but I am getting the r18+ dlc, so when it comes I may share it (as the concept art dont need any tiers and only need to be part of their patreon.)

The art looks good, game looks neat, but I like to have some variety in my Dating Sims. I don't really care if all the primary love interests are guys or girls, if you are force into a single love interest, regardless of your inputted gender/sexuallity, then there is no real point in having this as an option. This is more of a Visual Novel and less of a Dating Sim.

Yeah it's not a dating sim in the usual sense. It's more about a friendhsip/love story between two people. With DLC content that's coming later for two other characters, but I imagine it's minor side stuff.

This game is simply soulful and adorable. The whole cast of characters are really well-built and wholesome, to the point you are indifferent to none of them and really get invested in those two families' happiness. They go a bit too far with the constant pandering to any and all sort of minorities, though, to the point of including gluten-free meal options for maximum self-insertion, lol. Seriously, even as a celiac I felt they were overdoing it :ROFLMAO:

There are other little details that make you truly endear yourself with the game, like your early conversations coming back later in the characters' lives (and I especially appreciate that, as I'm doing the same in my own game and wasn't sure how it would work from a player's perspective) and how they look back at that time and reflect on it.

As other users have said before, it made me remember my own childhood and how even the seemingly closest friends end up forgetting about their time together, most of those memories fading for at least one of those people, and become irrelevant in each other lives... It's a sad thing, but also a part of the growing up process.

I'd say this is a game for mature people, even if it's not in the same way of most of the other games on this site: there may be no gore or porn but feelings, and a deep sense of nostalgia for all the summers long gone.

I don't say this much, and probably won't repeat it for any other game, but I'm really looking forward for a happy ending.
Bring part 4 already, dammit!

(Also, please give HotSurferDaddy a LI. That man wasting his best years in complete celibate should be considered a crime!))

I'll admit I liked the game more than I thought I would.
Not usually a fan of visual novels but I like the idea of crafting your own story here.
Also a nice change of pace from the usual fap games I usually play don't get me wrong I enjoy my fap games but I also enjoy romance stories sometimes.

Some phrases are killing me.
"Want a piggyback ride?" - asks a very short petite girl. How creators see this, I wonder? U should exclude some phrases which could depend on what character player created.
