Like this, I also think the Billy rework was unneeded and took time away from chapter 10. However there were a few little things I did like. Namely Jeremy and Emma
We still don't even know the reasoning why she whitewashed him in the first place. Didn't bother to ask her patrons or fans at all. Just did it all on a whim, much like the "Stan Rework", which isn't a rework at all. Just added a few things to make the guy who was already cringey and creepy even more so. All because she wasn't a fan of how he was written so far. Gee... whose fault is that hmm?

I think she wanted to avoid the "bbc dp" so common in porn and she used before in GGGB. And let's be honest, in reality, how many black people could be as rich as Billy's father is?
And it's a work in progress, all writers have the right to remake things as they want until it's finished. If this game was a book or a movie, we would never know Billy had another skin color before. We just saw the change being done.

Why are people so invested in that Billy character? White or black he's lame. The black version looked more nerdy than Stan, while the new version looks like Aaron Carters retarded little brother.
Even if he's lame, he's lamer now after the redundant bleach job. I liked the original design because it reminded me of a Rich Paul-type industry hustler, which I think fits right in ORS.
