I don't think I'd agree Ivy has the potential to be a serious threat to Ian. Sure, she outs Ian as cheating with Cindy to Lena (if a player's Ian is cheating) but that seems to have a lot more to do with Ivy's anger towards Cindy over the Wildcats contract. If I remember correctly, the extent of Ivy being antagonistic to Ian without the Cindy situation is a fairly mild "Well, you seem to be sexing this Ian guy a lot, Lena, are you really sure you don't want to play the field?" (I'm paraphrasing, but I think that's pretty much it, even if Ivy and Lena do their own horizontal mambo.) And if Ian is with Holly, I don't think Ivy notices him much at all, partly because in that scenario, Ivy never gets a chance to corrupt Holly and the most Holly is to her is this shy nerd at the gym Lena is friends with. (Someone can correct me if I'm wrong on any of that.)
I meant Ivy as a potential LI who could make Lena a cuckquean or as a potential "evil" female character, not as an antagonist to Ian. To what you said, I'll just add that she shows an increasing interest in a chad Ian, we'll see if that goes somewhere like many want here or not.

I also think part of why Ian doesn't have a strong enemy is they're either waiting in the wings (I'm thinking of Seymour and the book contest, and/or Wade and possibly also Perry depending on how the affair with Cindy shakes out) or it's simply that Eva doesn't have as much story for Ian as she thought she would have. Somewhere in the Q&As she says one protagonist is easier to write for than the other, and she doesn't name names, but looking at how much Lena content vs. Ian content there is in chapter 11, it seems obvious which one Eva is more interested in lately.
Wade and Perry are not serious enemies because what can they do?. Wade can get aggresive and get his ass kicked and Perry can kick him out of the appartment, but Ian can move in together with Cindy or with some other option or just go living by himself. Ian moving out seems like something that might happen regardless of his relationship with Cindy and Perry/Wade.

I think the most serious potential threats for Ian are clearly Axel and Seymour and maybe Gillian/her boyfriend on a path where Ian doesn't get over her. Axel is an adversary on Cindy and Lena's paths and could also be the one to start the Cindy shitstorm with Wade, Perry and the rest. If he doesn't know for sure about Ian and Cindy, he at least has a strong suspicion. And his relationship with Seymour seems to be heading on to a conflict between Ian's morals/principles and his career. In Ian's most succesful career-wise playthrough, he works for Seymour and he's looking forward to winning a literary contest sponsored by Seymour. The questions are: what will Seymour ask from Ian? (specially on a path where Lena rejects Seymour) and will Ian be able to deny Seymour and still achieve his dream to be a professional writer?. We'll see how the story goes but there is good potential for conflict there.

She is relatively intelligent in manipulating and toying with people, so I consider her more ruthless and than Cindy or Alison. Man, this game lacks evil female characters, we don't really have a female Seymour or Axel. Agnes is probably dropped (and not even part of Ians story) and Gillian doesn't seem like a crazy psycho ex either :(
Whose anus have you been looking at all this time? Lena is clearly the evil female bitch you are looking for. This is the face she is going to make as she's sucking Ian's soul.

She is going to devour every cock in ORS. Louise that simp is going to grow one just for Lena to devour too. Seymour doesn't even know what he's messing with.

I imagine it might be to convince Lena to work for Seymour (if she rejected the offer), then to accept her "working relationship" and ultimately move out of the way of Lena/Seymour.

Although maybe Seymour's ambition is to groom both Ian and Lena into his successors together. Given he's looking for someone to pass his publishing empire to, and am not sure if he's thinking of having child(ren) of his own for that. It'd take a while, if he even has a penis. :sneaky:

I personally like the route where, if Ian treats her well (in between screwing her brains out) she comes to respect him and actually open up to him about her life, but that does also make her far less of a threat to him - especially after Ian has switched jobs, and if he's gotten his pitch to Seymour one way or another (personally, through Lena, or through Holly). It's also possible Eva always meant for Minerva to be neutralized as a threat, in order for Ian to be brought into Seymour's orbit; we'll see. It's also possible, depending on player choices, that Minerva is still a threat to Ian winning the book contest because she's on the judging committee; we'll see.
My preferred route with Minerva is to be confrontational from day 1 then leave her sexually frustrated. Giving her the satisfaction of hate fucking means giving her the power. Even if Ian "puts her in her place", that's exactly what SHE wants. My Ian will never be a pushover. As for Minerva being a threat to Ian in the book contest, I feel that ultimately comes down to how much Ian has impressed Seymour. And if Seymour's on bad terms with Lena, then as long as you don't call him out on it, Ian should be fine. I stress "should be" because for all we know, Eva could force the player to encourage Seymour's perverted behavior.

Maybe Seymour could ask Ian to betray Perry in some way regarding the mayor election. Just to cover an Ian who is not in a relationship with Lena.

Looking to Seymour's relationship with Axel, it looks more like a subservient relationship than a relationship between equals or a master/apprentice one. Taking into account his way of looking at things and his huge ego, I don't know if Seymour can see people like Lena, Ian or Axel as anything other than tools to carry out his will. To me, if he's truly thinking on a succesor to his legacy, it would make more sense for him to want a child of his own blood and genes (with maybe Lena as the mother, or more like the vessel).

I hope Seymour endgame is orgies.
Imagine Ivy sucking Seymour off while Jeremy fucks her raw.
I could see something like that. Seymour sitting on a throne of debauchery overlooking his work like an artist in the process of delivering the last, critical stroke, while waxing lyrically about how the strong make their own morals.

Having Minerva and Seymour will benefit Ian in the Book contest and in the long run too as both are related to Ian's profession.
Minerva reviews the books and Seymour opening ton of opportunities for Ian if Ian and Seymour have good relationship. It would be in Ian's interest to maintain a healthy relationship with both of them. Ian can do with Minerva but for Seymour Ian only get chance at cafe and it is easy enough as of now but in future Seymour won't just HAND IT OVER to Ian this success he would need something in return. Now that something can be Lena, Having Ian under his wing, Having both Ian and Lena under his wing, Having Lena under his wing by using Ian.

You're so :Dcolourful:D. I bet the LGBT around your area really loves you.

As for your wing wing hypothesis, I'm sure a confident Ian will just get the win regardless. Either way, Emma will have her chance to peg Seymour with her strap-on that has the face of Marx attached in front. I'm sure she'll just "seize the means of penetration" from Seymour by pegging him hard that he gets an erection from it. There's nothing that capitalists love more than having Marx deep inside their asses.

Any way of unlocking the gallery on more recent update? Ages since I played it, yet I cannot bring myself to restart.
