Do you think it will be possible for Ian to become a cuck if the player makes certain decisions? From what I've seen so far Ian has quite a similar personality to Eric and Dave, so a cuck route for Ian seems quite possible in my mind, but of course that would be completely optional, just like the gay route would also be optional, I'm sure Eva Kiss has a lot of long-term ideas on her mind, but of course she won't share those interesting ideas because it will be future spoilers. Do you think this game will have even more routes than GGGB? Or maybe less routes but better quality and more content?

As long as there is sex, hopefully in every form, I do not mind. I hope it is going to get explicit?

I thought it would be obvious but apparently I was wrong. First of all, the name i.e. the premise. "Our Red String" is not about red flimsy panties. It's about a bond between 2 people, 2 souls (Ian and Lena). It could either be a bond between 2 closest friends or a bond between lovers. It's clear to me that Ian and Lena are destined in some way (!) to be together and help each other out. The focus on emotional investment is much more defined and it was very noticeable in this first update.
In GGGB corruption was the premise, the core idea of the game. A sweet and innocent girl gets tempted in every step and it's her choice to let those temptations in and descend into darkness or resist and keep some sense of normality. Or choose the best of both worlds. Just like in LOP's "Eleanor: Loving Wife or Dirty Whore" and many other similar games with the female protagonist, you get to choose between 2 extremes or balance in the middle.
Lust points are not similar to Bad points, though I can see why the confusion may take place. In GGGB you sure are awarded Bad points for allowing Ash to be sexier and have as many sexual encounters as you can, but you also get awarded Bad points for taking drugs, being egotistical, betraying friends, hurting people and other acts that turn Ash into a shitty person. So the corruption in GGGB is not just sexual but emotional as well. Ashley can be sexy and have many sexual partners and still be a kind person, loyal friend, loving girlfriend or daughter and level headed career woman which the game considers "Good". Or she can be a human garbage drug addict criminal and fuck just 1 other person which the game would still consider "Bad".
In ORS Lust just determines how much Ian and Lena let their lust affect their choices and how they view sex in general. Since they're both single, even if they pursue other people or in Lena's case decide to do stripping to get extra money, it wouldn't be the same as corruption in GGGB because those options don't necessarily change their personality. They could re-evaluate their priorities in life but they won't do a complete 180 personality change like in the case of GGGB. I'd say the corruption in the original sense could more accurately be applied to the new system of Agenda a.k.a. individual connections with people around you. The friendlier you are to your friends, the better reputation you have. If you treat them horribly, the lower your reputation is.

TL;DR: Do I think there's going to be some form of "corruption" in ORS? In some way definitely, just for the sake of keeping the fanbase happy. But is it the main purpose of the game like it was in GGGB? Absolutely not. Otherwise, Lena would be the only protagonist. Male corruption is just not interesting. If GGGB had 70% of content dedicated to corruption routes, ORS will probably have 30-40% of content dedicated to the corruption of Lena and others. My original point was that people should wait before judging the game for providing a different experience instead of expecting the same and getting disappointed over it. After all, it's a new game - not a sequel.
I just curious is this something Evakiss said on Patreon or on her Discord(Does she have one?) or is this just your opinion?
I ask because I only real care about corruption content. I definitely get the feeling that this game is different from GGGB but choosing lust options felt like beginning bad choices at least some what. However after reading your point I'm worried you may be right but I hope your wrong or Evakiss's fans can twist their arm into more corruption content.

Please enjoy the walkthrough! Thank you to the almighty Qleaf lord master and teacher of all that is good about guides. Just a note BloodyMares is going to be taking over this walkthrough starting with the 0.3b update. 60 choices monthly is just too much for me along with the 35 other guides I do. He is huge fan of the game and you will be getting his very best as this will be the only guide he will be working on! He will have his own post starting with 0.3b so keep on the lookout for it in the thread and in the OP.

Edit: Guide updated for V 0.2 Final

Explicit?

The previous game from this dev has college girls and a highschool girl snorting drug before interracial gangbang orgies...

My only concern is this time dev outsourced coloring/shading to another artist, hopefully this person won't masturbate too much while doing his/her job and slow down the development process.

I'm still confused regarding the stats system.

As an example:
Ian starts with 0 wits (as an imbecile to put it bluntly ;)) and when he gains wits (skill-up), his stats display 1 wits.

Now, if he gains any wits beyond 1 it simply won't show in his stats.

Does that mean stats are capped and you can only gain 1 of each in the current version?

You know I'm not sure about that but I know as stated now in the code anytime wits or any other xp stat is expressed as a condition it always if IanWits>0. So for now it might just be that way. Probably will change though.

It was just my opinion. I guess I could be wrong. As I said above, I'm certain there will be SOME corruption just because it could be fun, like, I'm sure there'll be macho or cuckold Ian routes and slutty Lena routes (stripper, maybe porn actress) but I don't think it will be the main focus of the game like it was with GGGB simply because they're not that innocent and naive. And even in GGGB, I think it was stronger at intimate dialogues with characters (Jess good route, lesbian Eva route, Jack romance route) than it was at the corruption which felt most of the time too one-dimensional and outlandish.

Even if this game has corruption content, I expect it to have much better writing and be more consistent with the personality of Ian and Lena. For example, I can't imagine Lena acting too stupid or irresponsible (like Ashley did) because of her predicament with her father and the fact that her irresponsibility caused her to drop out of Uni. Ian, on the other hand, can, considering that he was wasting his life away procrastinating and doing who knows what. At 27 he still can't live on his own, has a shit job and he doesn't seem to have the resolve to change any of that. I doubt either Lena or Ian would do drugs for example but Ian can already be caught in a drunk fight and bet during a pool game.

If you look at the stats menu you can see a an XP bar. Each time you gain 1 xp point the bar fills up, when you have 3 the stat goes up by 1 point.

I think you are pretty spot on with your analysis. Everything points to this being quite different from GGGB so far.
Also, people seem to completely disregard or ignore the significance of the title of the game.

This is becoming so gay

Here's my speculative dick size ranking:
  1. Jeremy: 9" (perfect for BBC worshippers like Ivy)
  2. Axel: 8" (what that slut Lena is used to)
  3. Wade: 7" (Cindy likes)
  4. Seymour: 6" (sweet sugar daddy dick)
  5. Ian & Stan & Robert: 5" (average Joes, why Gillian left)
  6. Perry: 4" (s-s-slightly s-small)
  7. Wen: 3" (chinese dong, perfect for gay ass)
  8. Mr. Van Dyke: 2" (micro pen, no children)
  9. Emma: 1" (she actually has a dick or is it her clit?)
If it were any other game yes but because it's Evakiss game highly unlikely besides Jeremy i mean why have a black guy if you're not making a BBC route

That seems to be the case, yes. Some are still in either the Denial or Anger phases. Hence the pointless complaints about Ian, about Lena doing nude photoshoots and so on. Which is dumb in my opinion. I understand that when you like something, you want to experience something similar to it, but sometimes you gotta allow creators to make the stuff they want to make to get a good quality product in the end. I would understand the frustration if it was indeed GGGB2, because I want sequels to be consistent with the original game instead of derailing into something else entirely (*cough*Assassin's Creed Odyssey*cough*). But when it's the new IP, let the dev go all out and accept the new game as its own new and original thing. We got some of the greatest franchises because devs decided to try something new, like the Devil May Cry series that was originally planned as a Resident Evil spin-off.

I don't think they would include profiles for Lena's parents in the Agenda if there was no possibility of interacting with them.

Guys... Let's be honest, Eva Kiss took a big risk creating an incestuous route in GGGB, in the end everything went well, but I very much doubt that she dared to take that risk again, there will definitely be daddy-daughter roleplay with Seymour and Ed, but I find it very difficult for Lena's father to have content in this game, maybe Ian's father with Lena. By the way, am I the only one who thinks that Seymour is Axel's father?

Well, it seems to me it's very easy for Eva Kiss to make Lena or/and Ian to take drugs or become druggies. For example, Lena's dad's health becomes worse and so he needs more money to recover. Lena faces the choice of becomimg a stripper or letting her father die. She do become a stripper. She is depressed and her new stripper friends suggest her to take some drug to relax, to forget and so on. One dose after another and it is already ok for her to perform private dances and then it goes to sucking clients' dicks and finally she is a full-time hooker. Actually, I think this is how it is going to be, one of the routes. Or at least something similar.
For Ian it is even easier. He is already quite depressed, disappointed about his life, his job and so on. He is already on the brink of collapse. Just one push is enough for him.

Overall, what makes me doubtful about your idea of the red string thing, destined lovers and so forth, is that it is already in this early version of the game Ian starts romancing other girls. It is quite obvious that there is going to be a romantic route with Alison and the girl with glasses. So it seems that the game is not going to be focused on the relationship between Ian and Lena. Also the whole idea of "destined lovers" kind of ruins the main feature of Eva's games - the big variety of choices. I think the red string is no more than some butterfly effect concept where some choices of Ian affect Lena's life and vice versa.

Your points would be valid if everyone was indeed gullible and weak-willed in the world. Some people though have a strong will and no matter how tough life gets, you find your inner strength and fight instead of choosing the easy way out from reality into the happy abyss. Lena is a fighter and she knows the stakes. Her father depends on her. She is an adult so she's aware of what drugs do to you. Other than developing an addiction, you become less productive and stop thinking clearly. If she wants to help her father, even if she does stripping or doing sexual favors out of despair, she still needs to be in her best condition to be in her top game. Lena is a very responsible adult person. Being an adult means that you've figured out some things for yourself already and won't betray yourself even when it's tough.
And to be honest, I think we already had quite enough of drugs in GGGB. Resorting to them again would be a retread of everything that was already explored plenty in GGGB. If EvaKiss decides to add a druggie route again, there will have to be a route where you refuse and are not taking them and also a route where you reform and get help as well which was already done in GGGB. If I was EvaKiss, I wouldn't want to repeat myself. It wouldn't be fun, it wouldn't be interesting and it would be boring to write. Why make another game at all if you're essentially recreating everything from GGGB to some extent? It's time to let go.

For the sake of honesty, Ian didn't start to romance anybody yet. Not a single girl. He still can't get over Gillian.
He's interested in Lena and considers Cindy hot but bitchy. Holly and Alison are interested in him but from what I saw, he doesn't show interest in them. For now at least. He can have a meet-up with his good old friend or he can have a friendly chat with Holly because she can help him with work. Again, I only judge based on the in-game dialogue and Ian's thoughts of each of the girls. He only clearly states his interest in Lena and her alone. Same for Lena. No matter what, she's interested in Ian and thinks about him even when he's not there. Canonically, they're at least interested in each other. What they are going to do about this obvious attraction is up to us. As seen at the end of Chapter 1, fate will put them in each other's path, even if they didn't learn each other's names yet. So naturally, I come to the conclusion that the game is going to be focused on the relationship between Ian and Lena but this relationship might not necessarily be romantic. I want to stress this again once and for all. They are not "destined lovers". They are, however "the chosen ones". You are absolutely correct in the last metaphor. Their decisions will affect each other. They are 2 parts of the same puzzle. They can be simple friends (choice 1), they can be fuck buddies (choice 2) or they can be a couple (choice 3). But after the end of 0.1 they can no longer exist in separate realities. Their worlds collided. What are they going to do about it? That's the question and that's up to us. It wouldn't be the Eva Kiss experience if it didn't provide freedom of choice. We are free to direct their journey. It's just fate (i.e. the game) wants them to be on the same journey, side by side (or face to face).
