I'd hoped it would come out today because I have night shift tomorrow. Now I will go to work with an anticiperection.

I think your estimates are a bit unrealistic. Eva will likely have to work a 1-2 weeks on Chapter 10 beta and final versions. A Spring release of Chapter 11 would mean 3-4 months development time which is ambitious to say the least. I think a Summer release is more realistic provided there are no unexpected delays. But who knows, maybe Eva is able to streamline the development process a bit more.
Realistically, she's going to need to or cut the game short. Even at 2 chapters a year, it would be the end of 2027 before final release @ 20 chapters total. I don't think many, including Eva, want to be into one game for that much of a long-haul. On a 20 chapter plan, some tightly controlled streamlining is going to have to occur to create a 3-4 month average release turn-around for each.

Looks like she's finally expanding more staff and (fingers crossed) getting better at releasing control of some elements to help get that done though.

The hard truth about creative work is that working hours doesn't always translate to productivity. You can work your brain off for 12 hours a day and still struggle to move at a decent pace due to various reasons (personal issues dominating your thoughts, stress and anxiety, sleeping disorders, indecisiveness, burnout etc). A writer can be stuck at the brainstorming stage for quite some time before forming concrete concepts and realizing them. I'm not saying that this is an excuse for long development cycle and that everyone should suck it up and keep giving Eva money, but it's ignorant to just blame it on laziness when there are objective reasons slowing the project down. You don't have to support a game with such complications in development and are valid to voice your frustrations over these objective issues but the constant shitting on Eva, calling her lazy or a milker, etc isn't doing any good. The game won't be developed faster just because you say one thing enough times, but it might get easier if Eva manages to deal with whatever is slowing her down.

So you can be happy that you're right and be the one and only who knew all along but everyone ignored unfairly. But instead you seem bitter so I don't think being right means much to you. The question is, what is the way out? Do you have any ideas or is this just talk?
I understand depression like most you guys on this platform and beyond. I can sympathize with that. But both criticizing AND telling her not to rush and take 5 more months or w.e ALSO doesn't help the artist. Telling her it's okay to take as many months as she needs while taking their money just enables them to fuck around with literally no consequences. That's how people become shitty entitled spoiled adults! Everything is given to them at no effort on their part. She can even just do this again if she wants to, weekly meaningless updates and after a half a year is over she can grind the last two months to finish it. She even made a mistake and showed the same picture from earlier in the year as if it's new rofl. At least criticizing you can call out objectively the bullshit that's happening. Trolling is trolling. I don't think it's fair to take advantage of the people who support you. If you're okay with that, youre a literal brain dead cash cow.

Even with a new release every 3-4 months, we're looking at roughly three more years of production time. At the least. 2026/2027 for a completed tag? That's a long time in today's world. It practically means that the dev will have to work on the same title for most of the current decade, and not many people are ready for such a commitment.

The last 18 months with only two story updates fucked this game over big time. Almost to the point that it's fair to assume it might not get finished.

I can't unlock in the gallery that Alison scene when she sends two nudes to Ian at work. I did full Alison route since the beginning and I don't see what I am missing. I noticed that she sends two pics before the release of the chapter 9, which has a new scene when she sends other nudes to Ian at home and apparently sends only one at work. So I don't know if it's a bug, or I'm missing something, or Eva has redone the scene and hasn't changed in the gallery.

I have the same issue.

Also some scenes that I have occur don't show up in the gallery. I think the gallery is just a bit broken right now. Hopefully will be patched tomorrow.

To be honest, after this absurd shillyshally with ch.10, over a year without new stuff, Eva needs to restore some reputation. When she made GGGB, even during very complex chapters, she kept a rather regular schedule. Half a year for the next chapter is simply too long.
We have other high quality, complex games on site, developed by 1 or 2 persons, like "Pale Carnations", "Summer´s gone", "Where it all began", Nothing is forever", Tomie wanna get married" to name a couple, which keep to a schedule of 3-4 months, Tomie gets updated every month, or got faster over time.
I'm hesitant to compare the development between 2D and 3D games as the time investment for a single picture/render varies a lot. Although while it has been over a year since the last chapter, it's (going by this thread) been in April when Eva last released an update. Granted there is some criticism warranted here for doing a remaster mid-development and the time it took but it's over and done with (hopefully).

My impression of Eva as a dev is that she doesn't like to give up creative control and tends to micromanage most tasks, which gets more time intensive as the game advances and adds more variables, branches to consider. Though, I'd be glad if she found reliable people she can delegate some tasks to.

In the end, as I'm not currently supporting her, it doesn't feel right to accuse her of anything and I'm just happy when an update drops.

I have faith in Eva's commitment to complete the game, based on her previous long-standing track-record (pre-summer 2021) & general pride in her work vs other devs. In a worst-case scenario, I'd imaging a rush-job to an early Chapter-14 or 15 finish, cutting short the original goal, which was never set in stone, maybe in 2024*. It'll be easier to get a read on if she's at that point after playing the current chapter to see where the attention to quality is. Absolute best-case, if she can manage to tighten things up production-wise and gets a positive boost to continue with her original vision on a game started in 2020: A full 18-20 chapters released by 2025*, way more likely ~18 with a few post-release updates revisited afterwards like she did for GGGB. If she scores a jackpot with a fully-released 18-chapter game on Steam, she can afford to rush some additional "dlc" chapters by that point while bouncing to other projects to get a breath of sanity. You're right that 6+ years is a very long time for any one dev to work on a single game without getting breathing room to work on something else. But I do think she'll finish it one way or another and I don't think it needs to take that long if refocused and managed correctly.

Addendum: Note most "abondeded" projects out there. Either half the time was put into them as ORS or they come from a AAA company with employees that bounce around project-to-project in game down-time. Their "lifes-work" stakes aren't in it to nearly the extent of effort she's put into this game so far. I don't imagine a creator in her situation would let themselves abandon something they've put this much work into already. It takes a very big piece out of you and would likely gnaw on her until it was done. (Well, unless some big game company snatches her up and pays millions for her to work on something else. Opportunity and shit tons of cash does wonders for those holes in your heart. Even then, maybe they buy ORS to release under Disney's new BBC Porn division).

Maybe not you but if the content is of quality many people are ready to commit for years. And there is always the turnover of patrons. Look at DPC, he has plans for at least a decade. But he's a man of focus, commitment and sheer fucking will.

The other scene I couldn't unlock and don't know what I missed is when Lena postpones sex with Robert to the end of chapter 3. All the others are done.

Two things need to be confirmed, Old saves will work and more Jeremy - Lena content
saves made pre the remastered version will not work as the variables have changed.
If you're confident using the console though, you should be able to fix that pretty easily though.

We have no idea about content except for a rough number of scenes.
