Since Eva has started introduced one-two new character this chapter, I suspect more to appear soon because we are now only at chapter 7, keeping stories engaging with only this cast may not be viable if she really aims for 20 chapters. Introduce them too late and you risk less character development. So, I think maybe new LI for Lena who may be as ‘nice’ as Ian to create rivalry and jealousy from Ian.
Also, with conflicting plotpoint and interest from this chapter, I think Eva‘s gonna have a tough time resolving them or even tying them all together, which probably means more wait time since she”d have to account for every possibilities and create enough content for each path.

Before you go to the birthday party, but even if you don't go to the birthday party, you go meet your friends at the fortress and Cindy will be there, pissed at you for not going to the party. Yeah, there is something. My problem is that I'm not sure if I find Louise, or just her path, all that attractive yet. I can't really put my finger on what my issue with her is. I guess one problem is that I dislike the initiation of their relationship, taking her right after a very public breakup, one that Lena was involved in triggering, but that's not necessarily an issue for all versions of Lena.
