Unsure that the pick would be between those two specifically, if there were to be one, their development hasn't really followed along "in-step but seperately" for Lena, like how Cindy and Holly's material's been doing for Ian so far.
Jeremy and Emma are becoming more directly present for Lena around now, maybe picking between them is more likely? It seems to me that Jeremy and Emma interact surprisingly little for being in the same general friendship group.
That'd be a way to make the player pick between a possible fff and ffm threesome too, if "Holly-corruption arc" becomes a thing. That could also serve as the point with which you might pick a partner for a threesome between Lena and Ian? Either ffm with Emma or fmm with Jeremy.
