At least it seems his player persona seems to be mostly just a facade. This is one of the aspects of Evas writing I don't like, her male characters get underdeveloped personalities. I think all the girls are getting some agenda and goals. I wrote something similar shortly before the release of the chapter 8 Alpha, but decided it was the right time to shut up about it for a while, considering the sex scene between Lena and Jeremy couldn't possibly have been more centered around Jeremy's cock and Lena's obsession about it.
At the moment it's difficult to argue that Lena's interest in Jeremy is about something else than the big cock fetish. But Jeremy actually seems more hesitant to Lena's straightforward advances, and seems to struggle slightly to uphold his player act in front of her. That, and the fact that he, even though he is a jerk, at least is a bit more complex as a character than for example Jerome, gives at least a slight hope that he'll play a more complex role further down the line.
Also I generally like the idea of having at least one romantic route that begins as purely sexual, and then later evolves into something more from that. Though after the latest chapter, Mike seems more likely to play that role, considering the new variable that indicates a romantic relationship between him and Lena.

If we’re talking about the “It wasn’t me” scene (with Ian, Perry, Jeremy and Wade in chapter 4) personally I think it was pretty good, a nice example of male friendship dynamics that made their relationship believable, not only something that’s stated by the game and you gotta take it as revealed truth. In fact it is the sort of scene I wish we see more as it helps develop the male NPCs, but I guess the porn gets in the way (plus probably some bias on Eva’s part who seems to find it easier to write those kinds of scenes in the “only girls” side).
Btw, while Jeremy is undoubtedly bragging at the start of the scene (and the rest of the gang can half-kidding rip him a new one for it), he only sends the pics to Ian if he asks for them...

I can definitely see him evolving slightly beyond just being a walking talking fetish, but I honestly can't see him becoming too much more of a complex character with the information we currently have about him now. If Eva adds some additional interesting revelations about him or delves more into his past before all the player shit, maybe he could grow into a fleshed out character that people seem to want.

True. In some ways it also reminds me of how Ivy is developing at the moment. She's the character among Lena's friends that, like Jeremy for Ian, looks to be most heavily involved on both sides of the story. She's got a mix of sympathetic and not so sympathetic character traits (more so than Jeremy), and as a slightly more complex and fleshed out version of GGGB's Jessica, it initially seemed like player choices would make her into either a positive or a more corrupting influence. But in the latest chapters, especially with the Billy storyline and her involvement with Axel, and thus possibly also with Seymour, she seems more destined for the latter. One thing that sets them apart, though, is that Ivy hasn't really had any important interactions with Ian yet. That could possibly be a turning point for her.
IanxIvy is the only Thing I still want from the game which has no real development yet. I think Ian's Option are all really good but Ivy would be interesting and possibly depending the way it would be handled could also be one of the most interesting Routes of the Game. Like you said IanxIvy is kind of the parallel to LenaxJeremy and there is defintely a Route happening so I'm hoping for this one too.
Has Eva ever mentioned some Informations about IanxIvy or is this something that most likely will not happen at all?
If it does happen, in a twist I want to see Ivy “catch feelings” for Ian and struggle as to what to do. Could be interesting conflict with Lena.

I feel like there is something to Ian/Ivy. Hard to say if it will be romance, but I feel like Ian has enough options to be suave in her company that there could be a possibility, but some of that comes through Cindy, and by extension Axel, which might suggest that a Ian with a high chad variable would be the way to go.
Would chad-Ian be someone that was looking for love in Ivy?
If it's not a distinct romance between the two of them, I wouldn't actually be surprised if Ian and Lena could perhaps end up having something casual with her while remaining in a serious relationship to each other, if Ian becomes more casual and chad-like and Lena becomes more posh and generally agrees with Ivy.
I can't recall if it was on here or the discord, but I remember someone theorising that Ivy's involvement with Axel and Cherry might have been because she wanted to insert herself into Lena's relationship, at least sexually, but Axel chose Cherry instead.
