I guess I'll just wait for 1.0 lol
You can still play it with the Final saves (they're most stable ones), just don't get surprised when you encounter errors. I hope Chapter 3 is the last one to mess with the previous chapters, too, as it is quite annoying already and I fear it could drive people away if this thing continues for much longer.

Oh nice defense my dude, however if Lena(that is you) refuses to sleep with him, he gets her fired. That dude is written to be hated you know one of those characters people love to hate if you know what I mean.
He doesn't get her fired though. It is management that wants to fire a waitress. Lena is the newest hire therefore she will be fired. If Lena sleeps with him, he has to fire another waitress, who worked there for much longer than Lena.

Robert's view of his interactions with Lena are very transactional. There is nothing wrong with desiring sex with an attractive woman. But expecting her to put out just because you pulled a few strings for her is damn creepy. He is also irresponsible since the girl who gets fired seems more experienced in the job than Lena. All in all, Robert does not have many redeeming qualities. He is not a good boss, not a good enough lay, not particularly appealing physically and not interesting enough for us to give in to his advances as Lena. Yes, ORS is a porn game and the goal is to see the protags having plenty of fun but it should be fun. Dating Robert, even virtually, feels like a chore.

As for Arthur, he has one thing going for him that Robert does not. He is a taboo. Cheating on your boyfriend, who is in mortal danger, with his father is kinky. Robert does not scratch any kinks. It is pretty justifiable to hate him given all we know.
I agree this is the best argument against Robert. He seems to expect a woman who just went through a terrifying confrontation with her ex will happily jump into his bed just because he helped her. That is pretty bad, I concur.
But an transaction means both sides agree about the terms before going through. At no point he implies she will get fired if she doesn't sleep with him. It's more an exchange of favors. He expects her to be more open to his advances because she likes him more after he does her a favor. He is not demanding sex, he is begging for it. Lena (and with that I mean the player) can easily block his advances. That means she will lose the job but that is not on him, it is the expected outcome, it is common practice to fire the last hire first.
In fact, lets look a bit closer at Lena. In chapter 1 she has clearly no interest in Robert, dismissing all his advances. Yet now, after her job is in line, she suddenly is much more open to her bosses advances. If you look at Lena from the outside, like we look at Robert, she comes off as rather slutty. Isn't she doing Robert a favor first and expecting him to save her job in return? Even from our inside perspective she doesn't really care about Robert at all. She is belittles him all the time, nothing he does is quite to her liking. Yet she sleeps with him for selfish reasons. You could even say, they deserve each other.
If Lena decides to be nice to Robert and helps him a bit in bed the whole story is actually quite rewarding for her too. Also a good source of charisma and lust.

Don't worry EvaKiss superfans don't mind playing the game from the beginning each month. I guess it can be a nightmare when making a mod, though :(

nice game. liking the way my playthrough is going so far.

I'll probably play it over again for the different scenes in later versions.

Of course he does, Lena says she is much more capable than this other waitress and he acknowledges that but decides to fire Lena because she didn't sleep with him not because the other waitress worked there longer. If that is the case he should fire Lena regardless of whether she sleeps with him or not. That's besides the point tho, as I said Robert is a character written to be disliked, for now at least.

Whether or not the management wanted to fire Lena, the harm to Lena would be the same. If he ever hint at having sex with him would stop her from getting fired, that would be sexual harassment and would just be as illegal.

Some people think its a deal, but the fact that the waitress has no other choice to not get fired makes this unfair from the very beginning. Its either sex or fired, this is blackmail, this is rape and make sense people hate him.

P.S. that said.. im totally fine that adult games include rape scenes or events but that doesn't mean we don't hate the rapist

You got confused about the timeline of events I think. She's not open to Robert's advances because her job is on the line. She doesn't even know about it at this point because he uses that information as a hook to get her interested to go out with him on a date. And she feels a bit sorry for how Axel punched him. Not even a hint of selfish motivation on her part. At worst, she feels pressured to go out with him to hear the rumors, and at best, she wants to give him a chance. If she goes on a date with him just to hear what he has to say about the job then she auto-rejects his advances in the bar because she isn't in the mood and feels nothing for him. She just can't use his affection for job opportunities, the game doesn't allow that (not yet anyway). If you're referring to after the date when Robert asks to come in, it only happens if Lena had fun on the date with him and feels a bit comforted since Robert promises to put in a good word for Lena. So at this point, I guess the sex can be interpreted as gratitude and "sealing the deal" but it would grasping at straws.

I hope at some point we'll be able to pick which character to play through out the game without being forced to switch every chapter or so.
I agree that would be nice, but I think the whole point is that they each make choices that impact not only themselves but each other as well, and there's not really a good way to do that if they're on separate playthroughs

Let me start of by saying that I am a big fan of your work on the GGGB guide. Now onto the new material.

He implies Lena owes him a date for standing up to Axel for her. If she says she does not owe him anything he says that he got punched for her. He got punched because he was a nosy git. He's dangling the piece of info on her head. Lena is distinctly aware of the possibility that she'll lose the job but Robert is the one that gets a say in the matter. As a responsible boss he should do what is best for the restaurant regardless of whether he gets to bang an Insta model.

Lena has been dismissing all male attention since her breakup with Axel. The thing that changes is the external stimulus her brain receives since Chap 1. Ivy has been filling her head with naughty thoughts and the player inputs don't help either. Her decision to move on is the trigger not her inherent sluttiness. Also, Robert is the only available guy with whom she can have sex. Why she would not go on a Tinder date is beyond me because she does not seem averse to casual sex. But Robert is reaping the benefits of just being there. IRL I don't see this playing out the same way.

It is a great avenue for farming charisma and lust, it is true. But Lena orgasms only once she takes control of her own pleasure. Obviously, it would be foolish to judge a man's worth based on sex alone but in a decidedly casual relationship with sexual give and take Robert's inability to get Lena going does not bode too well for him.

Seems like you're reaching to defend him but if that'sthe way here's mine.
We don't know if management wishes to fire a waitress, all we have is Roberts side of it. And IMHO i don't find RObert to be too reliable.
