From my gathering, Lena does have a bit of a slutty side to her (likely thanks to Axel and prior fun times in the past with Ivy), so the onlyfans side of her is semi believeable. However, I do semi agree that the proposed ramp up of onlyfans content for Lena does seem a bit much.
I think the writing is actually more subtle than that -- when Lena tells Ian about how her relationship with Axel was full of drama and jealousy, you can potentially interpret this as Lena being sexually open and chafing under Axel's demands. That is to say, Axel's jealousy and drama wasn't necessarily something completely unfounded. In latter chapters there's also pretty obvious mentions of events which suggest Lena even way before wasn't some sort of shy virginal flower who would panic at the thought of a penis.
Lena in first chapter is smarting from being cheated on, but it doesn't mean she's "vanilla girl".
