This is where I have to disagree about Holly and Stan. Holly develops as a character and can step out of her comfort zone in many ways:
-Through Ivy's corruption
-Becoming more comfortable with Ian's influence.
-The same thing, only on the route with the “good” Lena.
Stan, meanwhile, remained as disgusting as he was.
This is not entirely accurate. If Lena is showing interest in Stan he will hit the gym, and try to get in better shape. So, he is making efforts for self improvement.
I wouldn't say that Stan is among the most disgusting characters in the game in terms of their behavior.
Most of the negatives we hear about Stan is coming from Louise.
Louse is paranoid, and judgmental, and batshit crazy, and a bit of a bully to Stan because he is an easy target.
When he gets coffee with Holly, it seems like he has been respectful towardes Holly.
Stuff he gets accused of, is often just a misunderstanding. For example the missing panties were actually the cat that took them.
If you have Stan be the photographer for the dildo scene, he shows a lot of self restraint in not just sticking his cock in Lena.
He does keep a bit of a sloppy room, and it is a bit of a mess granted. However, that is closely related to his depression. You gotta understand he is a very lonely, and sad individual. He doesn't have many friends. He mostly sits in his room and does computer stuff.

Cindy is unfaithful, and will cheat on her man if someone else shows her some attention. She is a very jealous sort of person that can't be told otherwise. She is very rude / hostile towards Lena for appartly no reason? Maybe Axel has been poisoning her mind?
Mike is cheating on his girlfriend as well.
Ivy is pushing drugs on Lena, and probably Holly. Always trying to find some new dick to fuck Holly and Lena like Holly's pussy and Lena's pussies belong to her.

Alison seems to have some strange habits it comes to her birth control. She don't mind getting creampied by Ian if she isn't dating him... If she is dating him, no. You gotta wear a rubber. It's just weird.
What makes Stan bad?
Well... He spends a lot of time in his room keeping to himself. He does work from there, and it can get a bit messy.
