You missed some important points about Stan's behavior:
1. He jerks off to photos of Lena, which he took as a “photographer.” This is unprofessional and disrespectful towards the models and is not very different from what Axel does to the models. It's just that Axel is not socially isolated like Stan, but the essence is the same.
2. He peeks at Lena unless Lena is rude about the previous incident.
3.
