Chapter 8 weekly status report (10)
Hi everyone! The Alpha for Chapter 8 has been out for a few days now, but work on the update is still underway.

• I'm waiting for the proofread files before adding the reported bugfixes. There are a few things, but I'm happy to say the Alpha is pretty stable and bug-free. Since it may still take a while to get the proofread files and add the fixes, I'm making the Alpha available to +10€ patrons

• I've noted the criticism to a specific development of this chapter and will try to revise that scene and add some additional dialog to better convey the character's feelings and logic and hopefully make that part more enjoyable.
• I've also decided to add two additional sex scenes to this chapter. I thought about them while writing the chapter and it was impossible to fit them in the regular release, but as soon as I published the Alpha I started working on them. I finished the drawings yesterday and I've sent them to my colorist, and I'll start writing the scenes this week. Leaving them out felt like a missed opportunity. Hopefully I will add them to the Final release of Chapter 8, or maybe in a revised edition, since I also want to retcon a small bit of the earlier chapters, and replace a couple illustrations I'm not happy with.
• I've already started to work on Chapter 9, but there are a few things I've been putting off for far too long. I need to seriously look at publishing the game on Steam, creating a dedicated website and get a stable Android port. Non-creative tasks are a real pain in the ass for me and all I want to do is focus in creating the next chapter, but I need to take care of some "business" stuff too. I hope that doesn't take away too much time from my creative process.

I thought about them while writing the chapter and it was impossible to fit them in the regular release, but as soon as I published the Alpha I started working on them. I wonder which characters they're?

LenaxMike? Because LenaxMike works the same way as LenaxRobert and in ch. 8 there's a LenaxRobert scene.

EmmaxPerry? I think Eva can expand on just them kissing. O IanxEmma when Ian did her before then can be a repeat after they both take the ORS.

Obviously it's not CindyxWade because they're away, unless they did it on their vacation and Cindy sent photos to Ian.

More IanxCherry or IanxAllison?

I'm impressed by how Eva's managing to both be such a perfectionist, constantly going back and adjusting the earlier chapters, and still releasing updates with so much content. And two new sex scenes is more than I would have expected. I wondering who they might me with?

Considering Ian had fewer scenes in this chapter, my guess is at least one of them will be with him. When Ian finds Perry and Emma on the couch after taking drugs, I was thinking there could have been an alternative scenario where Emma ends up with Ian instead. Maybe that's one? Cherry is the other obvious alternative for Ian, but she leaves after the confrontation with Lena.

On Lena's side, Mike is the obvious alternative. Or maybe an option where Holly leaves Ivy's place before Lena, and a Lena and Ivy scene will be a third scenario there?

Another option for the additional sex scenes could be Perry/Emma. Practically all other secondary sex scenes in the game has had voyeur options, so don't see a specific reason why Ian couldn't check in on his bestest pal.

Seems likely, yet a part of me actually wants it to stay as-is. Not because of my support for pure Lena/Holly, but because it's sort of nice that there exist a character that actually can refuse the mains without it being complete rejection. The lust options are usually automatic wins otherwise

I think it will be Ian scenes (he has fewer than Lena in v0.8), probably those involving his main romantic options, like Ian x Emma and Ian x Alison. Although I would prefer to see Lena x Mike or some additional NTR content (more of Perry x Emma, Cindy x Wade photos sent to Ian etc.).

Last chapter the "added sex scene" was just Alison/Jeremy pictures Ian could ask Jeremy for.

I think that IanxEmma if you hooked with her may be one, because except fro the acid trip, that "scene" was pretty weird, and imo, lacking in comparison to others.
I can see her expanding on EmmaxPerry if Ian choses to watch...

When I first played this game on version 0.2 I found it much more uninteresting than GGGB. Now I gave the game a second chance and it started to play with new colors. If Ash's story was mainly about character corruption, then this game emphasis is on romantic relationships (seriously, I was turned on only by the routes of Minerva and Cindy). From my own wishes, I would like to see a more developed character customization system, and the ability to make Ian a kind of Jack analogue. I will wait for the continuation, I hope the opportunity to smash Axel's face will be delivered in the near future

Sounds like the scene with Lena being mad at Ian WRT Holly, I hope she doesn't change Lena's behavior but just gives Ian more automony in the scene, but it looks like she might try to portray Lena in a more sympathetic or understanding light, because I don't dislike that Lena reacts the way she does, just that Ian can't speak up and defend himself in that situation.

For the added sex scenes, my speculation is that it might be Ian/Emma if he refuses the drug, I think Lena/Jeremy sexting again after he gets off the phone with Louise might be something if it's additional scenes. I can't really think of any other interactions this chapter that could lead to sexual scenarios though.

Not everyone would listen to the criticism (and I thought it was not even that bad) so I'm excited what will change but that's also another Point why Eva is doing a really good Job!

For the two additional sex scenes that also would fit directly in the Story of Chapter 8 I think

But unlike others I don't think Eva would write "two additional sex scenes" if one of them is just some sexting?! Would in this case not something like "two additional sexy scenes" fit better?
