The hard truth about creative work is that working hours doesn't always translate to productivity. You can work your brain off for 12 hours a day and still struggle to move at a decent pace due to various reasons (personal issues dominating your thoughts, stress and anxiety, sleeping disorders, indecisiveness, burnout etc). A writer can be stuck at the brainstorming stage for quite some time before forming concrete concepts and realizing them. I'm not saying that this is an excuse for long development cycle and that everyone should suck it up and keep giving Eva money, but it's ignorant to just blame it on laziness when there are objective reasons slowing the project down. You don't have to support a game with such complications in development and are valid to voice your frustrations over these objective issues but the constant shitting on Eva, calling her lazy or a milker, etc isn't doing any good. The game won't be developed faster just because you say one thing enough times, but it might get easier if Eva manages to deal with whatever is slowing her down.

The development issues and complexity caused by herself, when i said that would be impossible to maintain a good pace or finish this game before 5-10 years, her defenders were saying ''sHe'Ll fInD a wAy!1!1'' guess who's right after 1 year without updates

So you can be happy that you're right and be the one and only who knew all along but everyone ignored unfairly. But instead you seem bitter so I don't think being right means much to you. The question is, what is the way out? Do you have any ideas or is this just talk?

Yeah, we need to step this up, I think it’s safe to say the distraction didn’t work. What about their balls? And what’s the ideal balls to cock ratio? I think it would be a big mistake if you cant cheat with ian if you are together with lena or with lena on ian or if ian is in a relationship with cindy,holly that they cant get corrupted from axel or ivy even if you want to play this way and so on.... Lena is not your character. These "maybes" have nothing to do with who Lena is as a person, at the very start of the game. I somehow doubt that you could rewrite your personality into something you're not. Your personality is consistent. Same thing with ORS characters. Lena finds connection with Ian, Holly, Emma, and Ivy. This is her people, because Eva decided so. And that means that whatever happens between them will depend not on Lena's random whims but on series of events that shape their relationship. Lena can mess with others because they're simply not as important to her. She has reasons to hate Stan by trusting Louise, she has reasons to dismiss and treat Louise badly because she's stupid and clingy, she can make Mike cheat on his girlfriend because for her that girlfriend is a nobody. There are objective reasons for Lena to act within her character. She can steal money from Ed and Molly because she can be desperate about money thinking it's no harm if they're about to close anyway. This kind of internal logic guides EVERY decision in this game. NOTHING suggests that Lena likes to be a cheating slut, in fact she DISLIKES cheaters based on her past experience. For something to apply to Ian / Lena, there has to be an established pattern of similar behavior or some form of predisposition towards it.

If she didn't care about others' feelings, she wouldn't hate Ian for sleeping with Holly, which happens by default if Ian ends up kissing her. Holly and Ivy are two people in Lena's life that she trusts and protects. Just because you want to play Lena like a psychopath doesn't mean that she IS a psychopath.

Well, do you volunteer or have any volunteers? Because I don't think there are thousands of men willing to contribute to the game but Eva is pushing everyone away. I tried to direct volunteers to help Eva with writing at least character bios, can you guess what happened to them? They lost interest or became inactive or personal life happened to them. Considering I have met few such hypocrites before who still hold on to hypocrisy but have 0 self awareness to know they are being hypocritical. I think that is pretty realistic even if it feels inconsistent lol.

Complaining about the slow developement overall is agreeable.
Complaining that chapter 10 wasn't released during the weekend is not, since it was stated that it will be done between the weekend and the first december. The weekend was merly the earliest possible time, nothing guaranted.

Unless chapter 10 isn't released until 1st december 11:59 pm, complaining that Eva made a false promise is faulty.


So no broken promise for the next ~80 hours. But if there is nothing on 00:00 am on the 2nd december, then every complaint these days becomes magically valid.

Being a hypocrite is fine if the character gets called out for it, realizes their mistake, and either learn to be a better person or keep doing it since they're on the corruption path anyway.

Hopefully this happens. It is done decently with Ian: He is aware that he isn't better than Axel and feels genuine guilty, rather than gloating about how he is better than Wade.

It's ironic that Ian comes off better, even though he betrays one of his best friends, while Lena merely sabotages someones relationship she doesn't know and relate to.
