The prologue for chapter 11 was released. You only play as Lena and have 1 Louise scene and 1 Ian scene.
I think you are right if we are just talking about GGGB. With ORS, I am not so sure. The story seems too expansive to just reduce it down to just being about corruption; there is definitely elements of that, of course, like the Seymour arc. It's more nuanced than GGGB, that's for sure.
A lot of people like to compare the two, but I think Ivy and Jessica are extremely different characters.

Although, more than likely it will all be entirely optional with various factors applied.
Now am picturing the gnashing of teeth of corruption crew if instead of Ivy corrupting Holly it'll end up with Holly teaching Ivy how a monogamous romantic relationship is the way to go.
