I don't think we know how many years have passed, I've never seen a Q&A question put to Eva Kiss about that. I don't think it would be a decade, because I don't think Jess would have waited that long to get engaged to Ashley (or Dave). But you're right that Jess and Natalie both look older, and obviously some significant amount of time has passed, for Jess and whichever partner she has to have moved to Baluart, and for Natalie to have moved from running a small bookshop to getting a job in publishing and then becoming a manager.

It'll be interesting, as we learn more about Nat, to see whether she's still with Damian. My first thought is no, because that opens the way for a tryst with Ian.
