When a random person is on a hike in the woods and a bear attacks and kills them I feel sympathy. That is not the life they were living.

Your example is a porn star. Okay, lets go with that. They are on set. They just got done with shooting a gangbang where 10 guys fucked her in the ass, and then they all came in the same wine glass and made her chug that shit while they were pissing on her face!

Like 20 minutes later after she gets out of the shower a camera man grabs her titty in the halls, and he says, "Great job!"

That is not the same in my book, as if a nun just got done preaching about the vows of chastity and someone grabs her by the tit and says "Great job!"

So the rules of law do not apply to all humans equally, (y)!

Someone getting killed and someone getting molested are different why you keep comparing different bits and use murders as example to justify it?

As for the nun and pornstar, I would simply say this. Law doesn't give punishment "Oh you were a pornstar so you getting molested is not as big issue as that nun over their". What kind of bullshit argument is this? You don't feel nothing about pornstar getting molested but you feel for nun, guess what? Law doesn't give a fuck who is getting molested. Every molester has same punishment whether they molest a nun, pornstar or anything other.

What is your basis of even argument here. Law doesn't care about if you feel for the victim or not. The same case of molestation is registered against the molester whether the victim is nurse/stripper/pornstar, etc. There is no law "Oh you are pornstar, sorry, we don't file cases for pornstars getting molested but we do for nuns". Like wtf?

I would drop this conversation here and won't reply to any of this topic anymore. We can discuss something else.

My entire argument is Karma.

I don't feel so bad for people that do foolish things that lead to negative consequences for themself.

If you climb in to the lion cage being a fool, it is your own fault. 0 sympathy.

If you are at the zoo and a lion escapes from its cage and attacks you it is not your fault. Much sympathy.

You can say "The law doesn't care if you feel for the victim or not." However, in practice it absolutely does.

A lot of people get a jury nullification based on the circumstances or the case just thrown out altogether.

If you are a stripper giving lap-dances. Expect someone to grab a titty every so often. Even if there is a "No touching rule". You are dancing naked or half naked on a drunk mans lap. Expect it to happen!

If you are a waitress working at a diner, then no, you shouldn't expect anyone to grab your titty. That's much different. You are not sticking your ass in the customers face, and they are not drunk.

Suppose this happened to two women. A waitress and a stripper. I don't see the stripper winning that in any courtroom. No way in hell... The waitress maybe. In all reality neither would see a courtroom and the fella probably just get thrown out or banned.

You don't get to do "Risky Behavior" then complain when something bad happens.

When the man that juggles chainsaws for a living accidentally cuts off his arm... He deserved it!

Wow what a victim blaming mentality. Working as a stripper is a decent honest job, not "risky behavior", and going against the rules and touching them without permission is still wrong and the person doesn't "deserve it." What a horrible way to think about people. People like you who say that the strippers should just expect unwanted touching are excusing the molestation happening. There are clear rules in most strip club for a reason and they shouldn't have to deal with getting molested just as much as a waitress or any other person.
Now the gangbanger or any other people actually doing illegal things do deserve whatever pain they get, but by your thought process a firefighter who dies in a fire should get no sympathy because "that's the life they chose." Running into fires is pretty "risky behavior" after all.

I worked at a strip club as a bouncer for 8 years. I have spent a ton of time in a strip club. I'm going to tell you right now that you have no idea what you are talking about.

Heroics are measured by a different bar of conduct than foolishness, greed, or attention seeking.

If my kid is getting attacked by a bear, I'm going to have to step in and put myself between the bear and my kid. I would definitely be sympathetic to anyone in such a situation.

That is not the same thing as me going off the grid, and going to Alaska and trying to be one with the bears like
