Closest you get is Ivy and Lena mocking Louise, but there is no indication that it goes in that direction.
I suppose the "experimenting" route could eventually come to this point, with Lena bringing girls for Ian to fuck together with her, and maybe eventually on his own, if he dominates her enough.

The starting scene of that arc was fucking Louise and there was no indication of cuckqueen at all. Lena was totally in control.
There was more tension going on in the hogging Jeremy scene with Louise even looking dejected.
Adding how all scenes until now (including GGGB) go, there is no indication for cuckquean, its a fetish not on Evas radar.

If there ever comes a point(Ik never gonna happen) where one of the MC has to be dropped in ORS, it's always going to Ian. Most of her patreon base prefer Lena over him, plus I don't think Eva's going to deviate from writing Female protagonists anytime soon.

The popularity polls are misleading, because Ian fans don't like Ian for him himself, but his content (Cindy, Alison, Holly, Emma, Minerva).
By contrast, Lenas partners are largely trash and you mostly ignore them and focus on Lena getting railed.
Though you are right overall, Lena and Ashley, Holly and Eva, Ivy and Jessica are the stand-ins for Evas perception of how women go about sex, men and relationships.

Lena's attitude towards the threesome and worry (or lack thereof) depends on her relationship with Louise -- Lena who is her mistress is far more sure she can control the whole experience.

Considering how Lena so far reacted, its far more likely she either
- throws a tantrum and breaks off with Ian, because she hates betrayal.
- likes threesomes and dominating Louise, so she and Ian fuck Louise, but together with a clear power dynamic.
Lena becoming submissive and allowing Ian and Louise to go on while she is content watching and becoming the second choice seems out of character with no build-up at all. I think it depends on how Ian is played -- Ian with high chad variable can be increasingly bossy and dominant towards Lena, and Lena gets off on that like a couch-staining firework. There's both potential buildup here and a repeat of Lena's relationship with Axel, for people who like poetry in their porn.
Don't forget that Lena being dominant towards Louise is entirely optional, and without it Lena is relatively meek, with little to no inclinations towards dominating anyone herself.
