JD Mod says in the choice that Ian shouldn't wake up during the dream, and in the walkthrough it states to achieve that he'd have to keep looking at Gillian's pictures in chapter 3. I've done 3 entire playthroughs today to get all the choices right, and once again the choice to tell Lena about the dream is greyed out for some reason. I let Ian keep looking at Gillian's pictures and gave in during the dream about her...still not working.

JD Mod and walkthrough only mention Gillians pictures in chapter 3 (keep looking at them) and not waking up during the nightmare aka giving in to it (which apparently works if you keep looking at her pictures in chapter 3...lol). As long as you didn't select Stop this shit! you should be able to tell about the dream, presuming your Ian actually is on the cuck path. To start this path you need to pick One of the best? option when Lena gives Ian a handjob in Ch.10 and compliments his cock.
