I don't even get the purpose of this poll. As Eva said, most pairings and their kinks have been established. Introducing new ones out of the blue would be inconsistent with their characters and once again turn the game from character-driven to a porn fest.
They aren't even new to begin with.
Romance - Ian already is lovey dovey with most of the girls. Whats there to add beyond intimate kissing and staring?
Anal - Already there with some girls. Some explicitly didn't like it, so further forcing it on them would only work with chad Ian and the girls reducing to porn characters.
MMF - Already set up. Ian/Lena/Wade, possibly Perry. Of course, MMF is mostly pretense to cuck Ian, so I'd rather have a normal one. Maybe we get Jeremy/Mike with Lena/Ivy
FFM - Already a bunch, Lena/Louise and Lena/Holly can happen again. Also anything with Ivy.
Maledom/hardcore - I don't see hardcore in this game, it would be too much of a jump to GGGB. Worst would be Axel manhandling her. And on Lenas route and with chad Ian the game is already fairly maledom oriented, ignoring the cucking (which also includes a maledom bull) and the vanilla.
Femdom/humiliation - Aside from Lena, no female character was set up to be inclined in that direction. Minerva may have tried it, but Ian doesn't really fold. Ivy could theoretically do it, but she too is portrayed as being dismissive about weak men and wanting confidents "alphas".
Cunnilingus/69 - Often used during foreplay scenes. Lena already got some scenes, maybe extending one and focusing on it works? Dunno.
BJ/Deepthroat - Also already used during foreplay.
Foot fetish - Ivy claimed to be disgusted by it, but it could be interpreted as a tease. Else Lena for cuck Ian.

Overall, it seems redudant to make a poll since most fetishes are either already firmly established or are unnatural on most girls. Lena and especially Ivy have the most potential. Has Eva no creativity with the rest of the game? Maybe its beneficial to ask the customers for ideas and their demands, but in this genre the players don't necessarily know whats best for them and it may be better if the developer just sticks with their vision without outside interference.
and that would be a good start, after that I think twice if I want to see all the content of a game
