I'm skeptical about prostitution. If its the classic one, then the game is not dark enough to fit that. Despite financial struggles, there is no indication that Lena would resort to that. And for the rest of the cast, its even less of a likelihood sans Ivy.
Of course, in a broader sense, many things can be considered prostitution: Working for Seymour, Stalkfap as a whole and especially the requests, paying Stan for shoots, Billys event. Once again, scenes that could only apply to Lena and Ivy. Why would the rest of the cast decide to go the deep end? Take Emmas drug and don't end the trip prematurely. Eventually the option to change Jess will come up. It's not in the walkthrough because it was a recent addition, so BloodyMares will most likely have it added in his next update.

I don't have much to add regarding the poll discussion; however, as someone who has participated in a fair share of Patreon polls, I will say this: what you vote for doesn't necessarily reflect what you like.
