I don't think that is an option? It's not in the gallery, and from what I remember Mark is exclusive to Holly if encouraged to go with him, or Lena can "steal" him from Holly if Holly's desire to be like Lena isn't high enough. I also don't recall any dialogue between Lena and Mark that wasn't explicitly explicit.
I haven't looked at the code, so perhaps ffive or Socrambus could give you more insight.
Did you perhaps mean Robert? I know that option was teased if Lena shared him with Holly and then she hooked up with him after they get back from the beach.

I had this once, but in the current version it is no longer possible to trigger I don't think. I don't know if it's because of a change or if I was using old save files for it back when I got it, that messed things up to allow it.
The way it worked was getting Holly interested in Mark through Ivy's suggestions without her going with him at the first opportunity, instead Lena would blow Mark initially and later Holly could sleep with him too, if Lena prompted her to. For example with the "release your inner slut" option when they talked on the phone.
I think now Holly doesn't get that second prompt to sleep with Mark if she hasn't already blown him in his car that first time, in which case he is unavailable to Lena, meaning he can only have been getting with one of them.

Yes, Alison calls Ian during the second Lena music gig. Here you can have a nasty breakup or neutral. Some paths are exclusive
- Cindy will make Ian break up with Alison and Lena.
- Cherry will block Alison's and Lena's path.
- Cindy blocks Holly's path.
- Holly blocks Cindy's path.

Cindy does block the Holly path but you can get back on the Holly path with slutty Holly in chapter 12.

Yes the glory hole scene is exclusive to slutty Holly. As for Lena content, there's not really much this update. You can safely skip it and play the next one.

I don't think you can have Mark fuck both Holly and Lena. If he's with Holly Lena doesn't have the opportunity to flirt with him or suck his dick in the restroom during Ivy's birthday party. So Lena doesn't have the opportunity to get with him later either after working at the club. Although I wouldn't be surprised if this is an option in future updates.

No offense, but what routes have you played? You have questioned possibilities and character motivations for just about every path.
But to answer your question. Cindy's character doesn't want a casual relationship. She wants a relationship that makes her feel loved and appreciated. She wasn't getting that from Wade, due to his depression, which is what opens the door for Ian and / or Axel.
Unless Ian helps Cindy and Wade see eye to eye, Cindy will turn to Axel, because he's manipulative enough give Cindy what she wants, even if it'll end poorly for her in the long run.
If Ian has a relationship with Cindy, and doesn't make it clear where he stands in the relationship and that he loves Cindy, she will continue to drift towards Axel.
But Cindy wants that loving relationship, and she won't stand for Ian to see other girls. Especially a girl she sees as a rival such as Lena. Is it hypocritical of her with how she acts with regards to Axel? Yes, but that's a different discussion.
