You are right, but almost every character in the game is negatively portrayed, Dave and Eric being kind of the only exceptions. The game is almost nothing but stereotypes and racial fetishization.
He will break up with Alison in chapter 10 automatically.
Mostly a logical continuation of what was already implemented and removed. Ed is interested in her model career and his artistic talent is shown, possibly by paintig her. It can be a typical work affair akin to Ian-Minerva, them fucking behind their customers and Mollys/Arnolds eyes. Another weird take would be Mollys infertility and Lena willing to jump in, but frankly, they seem to old to start having children know. Molly can also die and Lena can comfort Ed.

If he cheats Lena with Cindy, Perry is on him (also Jeremy and Ivy if they fuck in the open). With Minerva, Robert may tell Lena. With Alison, Perry can also suspect him and possibly later tell Lena.
Ivy's such a blabbermouth she'll gloat and tell Lena if she successfully steals Ian from her. Louise is a psycho she'll create a big drama in front of everyone if Ian gets on her wrong side while two-timing her.
