This is the problem with PC culture, virtue signalling and SJW warriors getting offended on behalf of other collectives and "standing up" for their issues (I'm not calling you a SJW but your argument is characteristic of that social movement). I think you are getting confused: what a character says does not represent what the author thinks, promotes or stand for.

As BloodyMares clearly exposed, you get a wide range of reactions from the cast, from Perry to Cindy, and YOU CAN CHOOSE as Ian how to react. I think Eva's just painting a varied picture of opinions through her characters, and none of them seem to be (or need to be) morally flawless. You as a player get to see what someone like Wade thinks, or what turns Perry on, or what moral objections Alison has, etc. You get to know the characters and you're entitled to an opinion about that and how to feel about them.

Wade sounds like a dumbass and Perry is a perv who gets turned on and fetishizes trans women. You can disagree with them. But saying the game or the dev are trans-phobic is just a straw-man argument and seems like an unwillingness to go beyond a shallow read on what's actually being portrayed. As you said, it is telling of certain biased and beliefs, but that doesn't mean the game or the dev promote them, they are just reflecting them on certain characters and giving you the opotion to reflec and react on that as you see fit.

That's just my opinion, though.

I know i read it somewehere, but cannot find it now, but what is the difference between the alpha, beta and final update. Just polishing the chapter or also adding a bit of the storyline?

Also like the club bouncer and holly scene, curious what that brings in the future haha

Mostly typos and some coding flag errors. There's rarely new content added.

P.S It's just a guess based on how everyone is somehow connected to each other in the game.

Lol, I can barely imagine defending trans people in a male chatter. Company of close friends (men) alone usually make racist and sexist jokes on each other and on everybody else, not caring about someone's feeling.

Hopefully this also means you can imagine how someone else might feel now that the roles are reversed.
If you can't imagine *not* defending (trans) people in a conversation it's really weird if it is forced on you by not having an option to do so.
I mean, I'm all for flawed MCs but it's cool if in a choice-based game, you have a choice in the matter of how they're flawed too.

Not including such an option + no opportunity to know why Eva choose not to include = confusion and questions.

yea damn right. Of all the characters who got new outfits I think Cindy's was the best. It was the little things like the shoes, her nails, the choker, the makeup.

And it helps that Wade mentioned she took many hours to get ready for it. Really sold the whole scenario to me.

On the other hand, Alison's was ok and Emma was bland. I actually did not notice Emma looked different until I checked the agenda to see the difference. Ivy looked like Ivy and I'm not even sure Holly even got a new look .

edit: Since Lena gets to have different outfits, it'd be nice for Ian to get the option to shop for new clothes in future updates, maybe take Alison along as it was hinted in chapter 5.
