Ahh, that one. The vacation bit confused me, i thought maybe you meant earlier trip with Alison. Ian receives this text if he accepts her offer to come to her place in Ch.11 and has sex with her there. If i'm not mistaken this will only happen if Ian didn't get involved with Alison earlier (it's a bit of a Hail Mary on her part to get Ian interested) which would explain why you got it on the friend route but not the other.

The Holly Trinity and Lena/Holly are "pure" relationships that make Lena want to dedicate herself to it fully instead of fucking around. All the other instances you mention happen before the trinity or relationship with Holly are fully formed. They're also all casual flings or far from serious, so there's no reason for them to affect Lena's attitude towards yet another hookup.
First thanks for the info! As for the text, I thought Uan and Alison were a couple because on the steamy love path similar worded teasing posts can happen.

Holly doesn't consider them that pure, since even after the Trinity kicks off she can still end up with Ivy in the glory hole. And Lena does not get particularly upset, just a bit weirded out.
That's a bug. The trinity normally won't be enabled on the path with slutty Holly, and that's the only Holly who gets to the gloryhole.

Well, it's a bug that survived Alpha, Beta, and Final. So I don't know if my playthrough was grandfathered in somehow, or what the specific issue is. Just threw me, I'll be making a new playthrough anyways.

This is not a bug in the game as it currently stands. It's a result of you, individually, continuing old save from after the bug fix was introduced, which glitched your play through.
So the 'grandfathered in' option, gotcha. I suppose it tracks, was just trying to get Lena and Holly more than friendly with each other, and let Dr. Ivy Frankenstein run unethical experiments with Holly, and it all goes nuts. Well, twig and berries at least.
