Nope you cannot do that in this alpha version normally, but could be possible through tweaking console

For what I read here:
If you are with Holly and not with Lena, it's not an option.
If you are with Lena and kiss/had sex with Holly, there is an option. (and I tested this)
The other combinations.. I dont know

As for you, thomastm, what choice did you make with Ian/Holly in the beginning of the chapter? If you choose for Holly and Ian to start formally dating, Holly will be unavailable for Lena and Ivy.

I think the problem is Ian doesn't seem to have a choice with reactions. Lena could get upset about Holly, but Ian was essentially being cucked with no option to get mad/angry about it, especially if he had been loyal to Lena.
Yeah I usually like lesbian poly relationships, but Lena x Holly just hits different.

Lena has been able to desire Holly for a long time while for Ivy it's more of a fun side-project. Ivy/Holly/Lena is still hot, but personally I don't actually find Ivy that attractive and I have been very invested in Lena getting her girl.
