(though i guess it may also help (?) Lena in a way, to hear how readily and intensely Ian moves on before the corpse of his former relationship has even gone fully cold)

Sure, Ivy's stance is that too much romance hinders logical (slutty) pursuits for your own gain, so showing Lena that all men are horndogs and should be used for it would fit her agenda.
Holly is the proof concept to hammer the point home to Lena who will surely be Ivy's materpiece!

I noticed that after getting into a relationship with Cindy proper, you can still fool around with Emma,Alison and Minerva and it's not considered cheating. Could this be by design or is it a mere oversight that will be patched in future builds? Cause I don't think Cindy would be cool about it not one bit.

I'd say Lena started it with simple encouragement and then Ivy took the baton and went with it. I am pretty sure she has been drugging Holly to do those slutty things by lowering her inhibitions. I suspect Mark BJ in the car and glory hole scene.
Ok it depends on how much the player tries to influence Holly. As long as Holly sleeps with a guy not named Ian the glory hole scene happens. It's a pretty big leap from "you need to get out more, here try chatting up Mark" to "let's get high and blow 10 dudes in a gloryhole". Sure the blame is shared in that scenario, but Lena gets like 1% of that blame.
