You can date all three at the same time but if you are dating Cindy on the Alison love route, it is automatically closed off.
Ehh, i don't know why; it's just a bit of ribbing done in a group of friends who have just shared a bunch of potentially embarrassing "secrets" of similarly sex-related nature. It's not malicious, because it's accompanied with Lena making a "flirt" face. Similarly, i don't think Ian's reaction on the "non-cuck" path should be any different, or that's it's any weird if he isn't on this path: he's simply embarrassed that his friends have heard about it. If you want to date all three, you have to be in a casual relationship with each of them. Or you can be in a committed Relationship with Lena and cheat with Cindy and Alison. Those are the only combinations available at the moment.
