I can share the save or I might have to play through it again to let u know every major choice needed. but as far as i recall it is:
don't have sex with Jeremy.
corrupt your Lena and let her take drugs.
don't settle for Robert or Mike but have sex with them both.
pick heart options for Ian and only avoid where they end up having sex.
you can keep Ian loyal and sexless or cheating doesn't matter.

A theory I just came up with:

What if we don't get to guide Lena through the yacht party, and instead the whole yacht party is told to us via Ian reading Instagram posts from Ivy, Axel, Jack, etc. and he sees Lena having sex with the various guys she either flirted with or had sex with in previous chapters.

Like, if Lena fucked Jack in the club, than Ian is horrified when he sees Instagram posts of Lena grinding on Jack on the yacht, or Billy posts photos of the two of them together, or if you did drugs with Ivy, than Ian and the rest of the gang watch a livestream as Lena is taken to the glory hole room and is fucked by multiple strangers while high out of her mind.
