It's because it's a "Work in Progress" meaning it hasn't been added to the gallery yet. You cannot unlock a scene that hasn't been added to the gallery. It's letting you know that a scene was added to the main game, but hasn't been implemented into the gallery yet. The gallery isn't created by EK, it's created by PilotLara independently of EK. EK just adds PilotLara's work to the game.

Kinda happy for Eva though with her steam release. One of the best developers around that doesn't milk her fans for profit. Can't wait to see how Gillian adds to the plot. Idk why but I feel like she might be a bad influence to Ian.

yo quick question, one of the tags is "Harem". Is there any path for Ian to get that harem? ive played quite deep into the game and prevented guys from taking all the girls, and as Lena ive only focused on the girls myself, can anyone say if there is a path with multiple girls?

No, the game is not implied to have any harems. Presumably the harem tag is on the thread here because he and Lena can get into a poly relationship with one of the other female characters.

I guess the most important bit is that Ian must tell her in chapter 12 that he prefers her to dress hot.
Else, Ian must obviously dating her and maybe not getting serious with someone else, the latter could convince Emma to back off.
