Every patreon could vote, 1001 did, that is about half of them. 81% voted to not release Ian seperately. How many of the patrons did actually vote in that poll? Normally and speaking with experience from other polls (not erotic game development), these closed polls are a "Mogelpackung"(eyewash). Only a small number of people are allowed to vote on a subject and of this small group only a minority does cast one at all. Oftentimes barely 20% of those allowed to vote in a specific poll do so. These polls are perfect to bend the numbers as you like them.
If Eva, as you said, did not want to post the Ian part individually in the first place, then that is her decision as the developer. No need for these Gewissensheftpflaster (difficult to translate roughly band-aid for your conscience).
As for your conscience band aid, EvaKiss decided to release Ians part seperately. She only put up the vote after in the comments patreons nearly unanimously disagreed with that.
